Revision breast augmentation at PPSI Phuket

Hi - I am writing to document my upcoming revision breast augmentation, but since it's still upcoming, let's go with details of my initial breast augmentation.
My stats:
Weight: 49KG, Height: 156cm | Diagnosis: Asymmetrical breast hypoplasia | Bra Size: 32A | Surgery Date: 22-April-2019
Implant
Brand: Mentor Shape: Mentor Cohesive Textured Round High Profile Gel
Placement: Dual Plane
Incision Site: Breast fold
Size: Right: 275cc, Left: 275cc
Doctor: Dr. Rushapol Sdawat - Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon | Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute
Initial BA consultation and surgery outcome and recovery:
I told Dr. Rushapol that I wanted to have at least 300cc, but due to skin limitation (my skin is thick), he could only fit 275cc in both breasts. My recovery was great, with little to no pain.
Why I want to have another breast augmentation:
I do want to have a bigger implant, as my current breasts only give me Cup B. I am hopeful to upgrade to a Full D or DD.
