Hello everyone! Where do I start? I've been apart of the ibtc for a long time now and I think it's time to move on! I've been insecure with my breasts for as long as I can remember. I was teased when I was younger and I just had the feeling that I knew that they would never grow. Which they never did! At 25 years old, I'm still an A cup but I've grown to appreciate them. I'm more comfortable with my body and I've grown to love my small boobs. However, I think I'm ready to get breast implants for myself and only myself. I always knew I would get them and now that I'm financially ready, it's time. I booked my appointment with Dr. Hueneke in Nashville, TN and I couldn't be more thrilled! He made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all of my questions. He was very honest with what is possible for me and didn't treat me like a paycheck. I'm booked for February 23rd and I can't wait to take ou on the journey with me! I've attached some of my wish pictures of what I'm hoping for.

Before surgery! Profile?? Size??
I forgot to add some pictures of what I look like now. I’m an A cup and I hardly have any breast tissue. Oh, and I don’t have any kids. My BWD is 12 so I have a smaller frame that can only fit so wide of an implant. I know for sure that I’m going under the muscle. I always had in my head that I would get moderate profile but my surgeon suggested high profile because my frame is smaller. My biggest concern with getting HP is that it will look like round balls sitting on my chest. That is my BIGGEST fear. I’m wanting a more natural look that looks proportional to the rest of my body. I do want a small space between the implants with a little side boobs, which is reflected in my wish pics. However, my surgeon said that I couldn’t fit a moderate profile on my frame and get the desired size that I want. Which is a big C or small D. I know cc’s don’t really go by cup size but that’s what I’m hoping to end up with. Can high profile look natural? He’s thinking of bringing a couple different sized implants to surgery.. 325, 350, 375 and 400. My right breast is about 25cc bigger than my left so I’ll be getting different implant sizes. I don’t want to go too big and end up being too heavy. Advice?
I trust my surgeon and I’m going to talk to him more about making sure that HP will still give me the desired look I want at my pre-op. So as of now, I’m getting anywhere from 325-400cc mentor smooth round silicone under the muscle.

I have ultra high profile and with clothes I feel they look totally natural. I have a very narrow chest as well. I have 470cc ultra high profile. If you to a moderate profile your implants will be sitting off your chest. Listen to your surgeon. I was a deflated 32 b/c and am probably a dd now. I haven’t been fitted yet as I’m only 8 weeks out. Once I chose my size I second guessed for weeks and was so nervous about looking like 2 balls on my chest but they don’t. I definitely have implanted look naked but don’t feel that way in clothes. Good luck to you.

That makes me feel much better! I trust my surgeon and the more I've researched, the more I trust that high profile is the right choice!

Also I went that size as I’ve breastfed 2 kids and wanted to fill out what I had in order to not get a lift.

It looks like you have a small chest cavity. I would go with the HP. I have 370cc Mentor MemoryGel Xtra Moderate Profile Plus and I really wish I had HP. I want more projection. If you look at the sizing charts you can see the diameter of all the sizes you mentioned. My implants are 12.6 in diameter and 4.3 in projection, granted I do have the Xtra implants. I have plenty of side boob and I was very dove chested before surgery so I was worried about them being too far apart so I had to have the diameter a little larger to make them closer together. Look at the sizing charts for your implant style and you can see as it goes up in cc's it also goes up in diameter, which will give you that side boob you want. Also, i absolutely didn't want round balls on my chest either lol, that was a huge concern for me too. HP I don't think will do that to you especially because you are going under the muscle. I went over the muscle, per doctor recommendation, and if you look at my photos you can see they aren't round at all even tho they are smooth round implants that are filled 98% (Mentor MemoryGel Xtra) instead of 93% (Mentor MemoryGel). Trust your doctor and take a look at the charts. Good luck, I can't wait to see your results!

Yeah I do have a small chest cavity and I think the high profile could still give me the side boob I want! I just don't want them too far apart on my chest either. I want the finger or 2 finger space between. Yeah the most I could fit in moderate profile on my chest size wouldn't give me the fullness that I want

My advice is to go as big as you can to avoid boob greed. It’s a crazy phenomenon! I’ve done two breast augments and both I wanted more after. You are so close to your surgery date! You must be so excited!

My doctor said high profile for me, too! I NEVER wanted that! I hope hope hope they're natural and not round balls. I had 12.5 bwd. I also, wanted moderate profile, but he said the same thing as your surgeon, I'm too small, moderate wouldn't fit. My surgery is June 3. How are your boobs doing? What cc did you get. I'm 5'4" 110# too. I'm half Thai. So I'm pretty petite. And I've had four kids. I'm getting 385ccs.
