D&f takes time like months but the fluff is so worth the wait! Love to see an update on how they settled! Happy continued healing dear!

Feeling great!!

So at my one week PO I was told light exercise was fine whatever feels comfortable so I did some legs today. Struggled but didn’t overdo myself. I love the gym so it is just a lol sad to take it back a few notches but totally worth it no pain really.
Also was told to do massages which I’ve been doing. Anyone else feel nervous about workouts && implants ?

Getting implants is such as investment of not only money but time and energy when you consider that it’s surgery. I understand your desire to stay active and congrats on the weight loss! It can be a little scary thinking about exercising the upper body especially after a surgery that displaces and distends a major upper body muscle (I’m assuming you went under the muscle). At a week out from surgery I felt in no condition to be working out my upper body. If you feel you can manage scaled-back lower body workouts, and your doctor permits it, then by all means, do it. :-) But do keep in mind that your body is still healing and that’s where your energy should be spent: resting, sleeping, eating well. I made a decision pretty early on after my surgery that I no longer have a need to work out my chest. I don’t do push-ups, or bench press, or anything that targets the chest muscles. I don’t do chair dips or anything that makes the chest a supporting muscle. I have waited too long and shed too many tears about not having the breasts I wanted to jeopardize my phenomenal BA results by working out the chest muscles. I am functionally strong enough for my job, and that’s all the more I want or need to use my chest. I’m not trying to tell you what to do, just giving you something to consider.

Tomorrow is already a week!!

At this point I’m just waiting for the drop and fluff trying to be patient but I’m so excited. I have a little pain on the sides of my boobs and my incisions are itchy!!! Excited to see what I hear at my 1 week PO
