Please do not do this procedure. My face now has pock marks all over it. I had beautiful skin before this procedure.
In addition, it did not even correct what I was looking to correct. The spa owner even said later 'that cannot be corrected by this procedure' . You would need to do this other procedure. And yes they would happily sell me another procedure.
They never offered me my money back and if fact were very ugly to me in the end even though I was never ugly to them.

I am desperately looking for something to help with my jowls!! I have nice skin, but it's starting to sag. I have considered Ultherapy so many times and have been on the verge of making a consultation, but then articles like this stop me. How is it some people get amazing results and others get disastrous results? Are some people not good candidates for this and the provider won't tell them? How much of this has to do with the expertise of the provider? I have been fooling myself into thinking my microcurrent device is helping me, but after seeing some pictures taken at a class reunion, I think THAT may be doing me more harm than good. Photofree, what results were you trying to achieve with this? (I wish somebody would come up a really good SAFE non-surgical option)

It seems a combination of things decide the outcome. I have personally read that anyone with ANY underlying Auto immune,Infectious Disease(such as Lymes) or Immunity problems has disastrous long term results from Ultherapy. You may not know you have an underlying health issue but learn far too late after damage sustained as side note. Sighs....Also the Provider experience seems VERY important. And lastly I wonder if it's TRULY how the machine is calibrated. I recently learned the Radiation you receive in Cat Scans and Xrays is highly dependent on that. You can be SATURATED 100x more with TOXIC doses of Radiation that very likely LONG term causes documented CANCER in CT scans especially if you have a poorly calibrated CT machine used on you. Look it up - it's noted and talked about on The Cancer Society pages. I can't provide links but google search it for the curious. Check,recheck, and check again before ANY and ALL Elective procedures. Best of luck to all. And so very sorry for all sustaining damage, I know it's life altering. I'm one of the damaged. :(

I think a regular lower face-lift would help better and be less damaging for that situation.
