The staff at NuBody Concepts are fantastic. They made me feel very comfortable and excited about the process.
-The shots were a paint level to be expected...they're shots.
-The most painful part for me was the numbing spray. I made sure to breathe deeply which helped but was still a little intense. However, the doctor worked fast when she saw how uncomfortable I was.
-They gave me the incisions which was a very quick pain.
-The best part was the "loopy" medicine. Once that kicked in I didn't know what was happening lol. I slept, laughed and talked the whole time (about what I don't know). It made me so much more comfortable and less anxious!
-I went in at 8:30am and my mom picked me up between 11:30-11:45am. So it was fairly quick.
I am kind of scared that they couldn't get a lot of fat off BUT I was reminded BEFORE my procedure that everyone is different and results would vary. I decided to take that risk. I felt as if they could get anything off that would help my confidence and put me in the right direction to continue with my body goals on my own.
I'm not in very much pain, just sore. Yesterday, I took a really long nap and when I got up I was fine. Even started to do some chores and play with my dog.
So far, I'm okay. I do not have before pictures because I forgot to take them before I left home for the procedure. I will continue to update.

I've stopped draining but the pain had been getting more intense from the swelling. It could be from the salt that I am eating in my food so I need to readjust my diet. I will be starting back on my supplements today and I am still taking the pain medication that I was prescribed. I am still remaining positive of my results.

About 2-3 years. I tried to lose the weight on my own for a while but I wasn't successful.

Please keep us updated I'm thinking bout getting this done before I turn dirty 30 I just want to know how was the swelling and down time I'm trying see if I get this done by the end of April ill be recovered by my big day in September I don't want to still be sore please respond I like to know how things going for you

My swelling has actually gone down by a large percent. I will post pictures.

I'm so glad the tenderness has gone DOWN! I must say, what you eat after the procedure means A LOT to how you recover. I haven't had any issues today.
