Hi. Ok either your skin had a bad reaction or they didn’t use the correct level of laser on you. I would 100percent go see another doctor for their opinion. You are correct 4 mos later your skin should look great. I would say there is a chance u could have a lawsuit here. I have had fraxel and co2 around my eyes and 2-3 weeks and your skin should not be so red. Just don’t worry skin can be healed but you really need to go see a good plastic surgeon. You can look beautiful again but whatever clinic did this is no Ok. Just my opinion. But I have Caucasian fair skin and so is similar. This is not correct to have such scarring. But don’t despair skin can be fixed helped!!! You can get better!!

I scarred. Your issues look different than mine. Started as shiny white streaks, like a burn, and then turned brown. Maybe yours is temporary reaction?

Are things getting better for you? Have you returned to your doctor and asked him what is up?

This is 3 months later???! Go back to your Doctor asap!

See another doctor.
Its obvious the doctor has burned your skin, maybe using the wrong setting on the laser or using a different laser not intended for the face.
Untrained doctors will often lie and say its not their incompetence but your skin that is the problem "Its just the way your skin healed" - heard that before too. See another doctor at a different hospital and get a second opinion.

Pure aloe vera applied liberally will likely help. Stay out of the sun too. Zinc and vitamin e supplements will help too.
