With months of continued back and neck pain, being on pain killers and muscle relaxers I will finally have my first consultation on Jan 4th. I am currently about a 38J with the hopes for going down to either a full C cup or small D cup. Super excited but super nervous also. Not sure what all I need to ask. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Be sure your frame can handle a size D. That's still quite e a large size unless you're very large boned. I couldn't carry a D & I'm 5'6" with small to medium size frame. I would get several opinions. Some PSs tend to opt for slightly larger breasts. Your waist to chest measurement is also going to determine how well your clothes fit also. You don't want to have to taylor everything. Good luck!

Waiting
So of course my insurance denied my claim. I've been going through the appeal process and got notification that the surgeon's office sent my appeal package off yesterday. So now I'm just trying to be patient and wait for the insurance to make a decision

I finally received the approval from my insurance company and my surgery is scheduled for May 19th. I have been waiting for this for years and now that it's here I'm scared out of my mind.
