So far no meds since surgery, muscle recovery is definitely kicking in, a bit uncomfortable but not excruciating on the right side (maybe because it's my dominant side). Had my 7 day follow-up; all is good, learned massaging exercises to create pocket so look is natural and soft.

Still have to take it easy, not sure how you ladies are back to regular scheduled program so soon. It could be because my muscle and skin was so tight that's the difference. Definitely waiting for these puppies to "relax" a little. I miss snuggling with my husband and son????.

The WAIT finally over!!!!

Butterfly03
I finally got my BA. Dr. G today 7a appt. and I decided on 350cc's but due to the tightness of my skin (chest area). The final result were Mentor 300cc's HP narrow under the muscle which I'm okay with because the main goal was to allow a size that would fit my pocket perfect and allow for natural and fluffy look, not to BIG I would look unproportionate. At the time of recovery pain level was about 8.5 out of 10 around 9:30a. Now at 7:45p I still haven't taken any meds. Am I tight and sore? Absolutely. Does my back hurt from sitting up at 45/90 degrees to sleep? Absolutely. I have a high pain tolerance so I'm trying to wait it out. I'm SO hungry but can't eat fried foods, dairy or drink OJ????. So more healthy it is, guess I'll finally lose these 5 lbs. Can't recall much from the surgery but I feel overall I'm going to be extremely HAPPY????. Needed a bit of help to/from bathroom.

Same here, no pain meds so far! I got my ba this past Monday =) I'm very swollen and tired of sleeping sitting upwards lol but I'm excited to see how they turn out! Are you using ice packs? I love them

Good deal!!! No ice packs I wasn't advised too. Also, no bra. It's funny how we get the same procedures but advised different processes. I'm just hanging free, lol. I bought sports bra, will probably be advised to wear at one week post-op visit.

I got to take off bandages this morning omg it felt so good! Yeah it's interesting Dr's methods are different for the same procedure lol now I'm wearing a sports bra, post op apt on Friday. Are you massaging? I wasn't told to or not too :/

My post op isn't until next Wednesday since my procedure was this morning. At the post op I'll learn to do the massages to ensure my pocket settles correctly.

Kinda Sad but Happy!!!!

Technically I would be in surgery getting my new additions on tomorrow at this time but I scheduled a mammogram the day before (today) to make sure I was ALL clear. During my appointment this morning I was advised there was a mass present in my right breast 12 0'clock region so they performed a biopsy. My results will be back tomorrow or no later than Wednesday, 15Jun2016. I advised my PS about what was going on and even if cleared I would have to wait until Friday, 01Jul, ugh!!!! because he doesn't want to operate on a freshly biopsied breast and I get it and appreciate his honesty. I wanted my boobies tomorrow!!! I'm grateful that I did have a mammogram prior to surgery because if I didn't I could have potentially ran into complications, issues or who knows what. God knows BEST so I'm not upset or angry, I'm grateful????. I'm prayerful my results will come back as clear, benign and no immediate follow-up. I just hope I can find time out my work traveling schedule to get them done on 01Jul2016. I'm SO READY????????????????!!!

I will keep you ladies posted and Best of Luck to those all clear to get your new additions.
