I've thought about a BA for years but out of respect for my husband wishes I opted not to move forward. Post baby, I knew they (breast) were not going to grow any bigger (I thought the fullness from breastfeeding would stay, not so much). After a couple of years I revisited the thought and he (hubby) is now on board because he understands how it would make me feel, although I'm sure he's very excited. Plus this is the "ONLY" time he gets a pass to voluntarily look at women breast with me, lol. After tons of research and two consultations (both found here), one with a man and a women, I opted for Dr. Neumon Goshorn. This forum has really helped with the questions, pictures, decisions, etc. and helping to prep me for my upcoming procedure. DeeDee at the office was helpful from day one and didn't make me feel like just another customer. My husband and I decided on Dr. Goshorn because out the gate he was prepared, drew a detailed diagram about how to choose implants, the procedure, pre and post opt and most importantly he was honest about how he's grown with accuracy since he first started PS, the whole nine yards. He was VERY engaging with my husband as well, made him feel as equally important. Dr. Goshorn asked all the important questions up front about my history, family history and wants. He took my frame and build into consideration when speaking of implant size. He was realistic with me as I have athletic build and narrow up top, he wanted to ensure that I was "soft and natural" and that I was proportion and not look like a "[RS bleep]", lol. But I appreciated the honesty. I've scheduled my visit and can't wait for the end result. Am I nervous, heck yeah. I've been so traumatized by small breast all my life I'm not sure how to act knowing it's all coming to an end. I can finally wear my backless dresses with NO bra, go to the gym knowing I'm not looking like a teenage boy from the front and now have the overall package. RealSelf "Thank You" for this forum board and thank you ladies for real stories and baring (pun intended) it all knowing you're helping someone else overcome their fears and gain the confidence they need to move forward. I can't wait to share pictures and surgery experience and my hope is someone else can learn from my story.

Ready to get it over with, thinking about well my clothes will fit but dreading I might to get rid of all my clothes, ugh. So the Dr. and I decided on Menter Smooth HP somewhere between 300-350ccs, submuscular and inframammory for accuracy of positioning and to ensure I have the perfect pocket to prevent capsular contraption. The overall goal is 350 but my skin/muscle may not be able to accommodate. The Dr. advised the difference between each size is 5 teaspoons of water and will not be visible to the eye. I just want to be proportionate and during surgery he start with 350 but I maybe end of with 325. I've posted a picture of 350 sizes but I don't the sizers as they are not the same shape as the implants these make look "top heavy" in my opinion but was told clearly the implants once in position under the muscle looks much better????.

Technically I would be in surgery getting my new additions on tomorrow at this time but I scheduled a mammogram the day before (today) to make sure I was ALL clear. During my appointment this morning I was advised there was a mass present in my right breast 12 0'clock region so they performed a biopsy. My results will be back tomorrow or no later than Wednesday, 15Jun2016. I advised my PS about what was going on and even if cleared I would have to wait until Friday, 01Jul, ugh!!!! because he doesn't want to operate on a freshly biopsied breast and I get it and appreciate his honesty. I wanted my boobies tomorrow!!! I'm grateful that I did have a mammogram prior to surgery because if I didn't I could have potentially ran into complications, issues or who knows what. God knows BEST so I'm not upset or angry, I'm grateful????. I'm prayerful my results will come back as clear, benign and no immediate follow-up. I just hope I can find time out my work traveling schedule to get them done on 01Jul2016. I'm SO READY????????????????!!!

I will keep you ladies posted and Best of Luck to those all clear to get your new additions.
