Hello fellow realselfers! I thought I would share with you all my story since this site has been truly amazing and a huge deciding factor as to whether I do this (even though before having kids I never in a million years would have thought I would be here typing this!!!). I've finished having children and having breastfed all 4 - I have been unfortunately left with barely no boobs at all - actually none! I loved how my boobs "felt" when pregnant/breastfeeding however I was never happy with my body at the corresponding time carrying all that baby weight! Wanted to keep the boobs and ditch the gut! Looking back I feel that I looked heavy on top which seemed to balance out what was going on below! Now having finished breastfeeding I'm finally back in shape however feel unsexy and it's such a shame as I think I'm as fit as I've ever been! What I want is something proportional to compliment my figure. Nothing huge just a little cleavage when I want and a little something more for intimate times! I want them to be functional as I love crossfit and I'm a hands on mum chasing after 4 little ones all under 6! I met with a great surgeon and they've recommended anatomicals (tick), over the muscle (tick), 285 mod or low profile or 320cc moderate (????). I'm really confused and stressed as to which size???? I have days where I freak out and think the smaller ones are best as I am not telling a soul and only my husband will know and then I have days when I think I should just go with 320cc as I've always wanted boobs and this really is a one off shot! What to do???? I will post some imaging I received and would love to hear any feedback! Here are my main concerns: 1. Going too big so that it is obvious to others! I would hate for my family to know and would really regret having it done and having to hide them the entire time! (I guess if I go 285cc I can always dress them up if I want to). 2. Going too big that I look "top heavy" and "bulky". I have a wide chest to start with anyway 3. Not being able to do things I love like push ups and burpees again (I am going over the muscle so perhaps?) 4, Recovery - I have a 1 year old and my babysitter can only help me part time and I love exercising 3-4 times a week so sad to stop this for a while! 5 complications obviously (this is also obviously not in any priority order) 6. Hugging someone and having them know by the hard feeling! I'm naturally touchy feely and affectionate 7. Scaring! I'm prone to keloid scarring due to my Asian decent! Wow! Quite a large list! Anyway, I'm scheduled for May 10 so fingers crossed! Can't help but think now or never! Very nervous but kind of just want to get it over with so I can move on with life and stop obsessing! Any feedback as to size would be great! Thanks for listening to my story!

Hey im scheduled for may 6.... Im going to a different country but im confident in the surgeon because my bf mom knows him... Anyway i know what you mean with your list of worries... Number 1 is people knowing.... Im pretty small framed. You can take a peak at a picture of me and the surgeon said i could go 310cc to meet that epectations of that pic i have..... I have been wearing a pretty big padded bra hoping people wouldnt notice. Im lucky in a way because im starting a new jobina diff city.... My suggestion is dont worry about hugging.... People wont think about how big they are. There just going to think your nice! If your small like me. I would suggest 280 to 300. My friend got 280 and shes a d and was very petite a tad more breast tissue than me. She did over the muscle and o think i am too because i like to lift weights and workout. I have no hostory of breast cancer and you can still get mammograms they are just a tad tricky i heard. Personally i dont have to worry until 40 i think and by that time maybe technology will be better!? Good luck coming up! Keep in touch

Hi Sar bei! Great to chat to you! Isn't this site great! However I feel like I've consumed so much time browsing pictures and reading other people's reviews that I'm kind of looking forward to just having it done so I can move on (fingers crossed!). I will post pictures up shortly but from the look of your shoulders and breast width I think 310 will look amazing! My chest is wider which doesn't allow for much cleavage :( and I think that is why my surgeon has suggested a bigger size (320). I just don't know because when I look at some pics 320 seem huge and I only want a c cup. Humph! What to do? I also love how we both love weights so yay for overs! Not long now! Have you bought anything for preparation? Xx

So strange im pretty sure i said more to this lol ugh

I would trust your surgeon with sizes.... I think thats a good size if your a tad wider than me.

For preparation so far vitamin c, super strength motrin... Not extra its called super strength lol and antibacterial soap possibly a body wash.

Darn it! I wrote you a novel earlier and all that came up was that sentence!? Well if you have anymore questions ill try and help!

Hi fellow Melb Mumma! I am at the contemplation stage! I have four kids too but am basically 10 yrs older than you. I am worried about the scarring too as I am half Asian and have in the past had a keloid scar which was in my chest wall-I have no fatty tissue at all on my chest. And wanting a super natural look(and feel if possible-which means a small implant) too. I initially wanted the trans-auxiliary incision but have come across the furry Brazillian implants which can only be paced via infra-mammary incision.. Am hoping for my first consult in the next month... Nervous. Following your journey!

After reading your story you sound so sweet. My surgery is actually this month on the 26th. I am very fit and petit. I would highly recommend you do 3D images. You'll love what you see and you can play around with sizes on the computer. They can also print you out copies of each size and you can then retry them on. That is how I picked mine. I am doing mine under the muscle and incision under the armpit. Hope that helped! Good luck:)

285cc or 320cc overs? Is there much difference?

Melb fitmum
With only 10 days to go I'm agonising over the size which I'm sure is silly!
My options are either -
A) 285cc Anatomical moderate profile with projection of 4.4cm or
B) 320cc Anatomical moderate profile with projection of 4.6cm

Am I getting too caught up with grams and .2cm projection sizes? Is it really much of a difference? arghh!

Here are some stats - current approx volume at the moment are 80cc each side. Breast width is right 13.7cm and left 15.5cm.
My surgeon said I am broad so I guess 320cc could look large on a smaller frame?

My greatest fear is going too big and looking 'top heavy'. Any input would be great thanks! Will post pics!

hi, here is a comparison of before and 285 and 320 imaging - I'm scared about posting pics is that silly?
I would have loved to of had more cleavage but I think because of my wide chest and anatomy this may only work with a bra! Has anyone had this?
