Rhinoplasty - Finally! with Dr Chris Moss - Melbourne, AU

My story is probably familiar to a lot of guys my age. i am 43 years old and as i aged the tip of my nose started to droop. I was never really that happy with my nose. I felt it wasn't straight, i wanted the bridge to be shorter, the drooping was starting to become an issue and I always felt congested. So finally i decided to really do something about it. My research was aimed at finding the best doctor who i could trust and deliver a predictable result. For me, my face was something that I didn't want to compromise when choosing the right surgeon. Enter Dr Chris Moss. There has been a lot said and written about how good this guy is. He's articulate, confident in his manner and is regularly referred to as an artist. From the moment I walked into his consulting rooms, his staff and nurses were amazing. They took as much time as i wanted to chat and go through what my concerns were addressing how they believed they could help and what results i could expect with surgery with Dr Moss. My partner came to the initial consultation and we saw Stacey who was amazing. She explained everything with professionalism and warmth. The way she explained the process and procedure; it was clear that these guys followed a repeated process which instantly made me feel i had come to the right place. I committed to a surgery date that afternoon. My follow up consultation with Dr Chris Moss before my surgery date just reinforced how i felt. Again, I turned up with Rachel my partner and we just chatted about what i didn't like about my nose. I also mentioned that i had some hollowness under my eyes which was bugging me and I asked Chris how could i address that. I felt that I have always been reasonably fit and at my age i just wanted a "freshen up" and i liked the idea of maintaining a fairly natural look. He instantly understood what i meant. He looked at my face, asked me what i thought, then asked rachel "what do you think about what Tony is saying". Rachel responded with I know what he means. Chris then confidently said well we can definitely address those things and get a great result. The thing that stood out to me was how articulate this guy was in how well he explained things. He spoke about fixing the drooping, straightening the nose, shortening the bridge and fixing the breathing issues i had done. He explained how some harvesting under my eyes using me own fat would also give me a great result and that freshness i was looking for. I remember leaving that consultation that day with a smile and just feeling good about myself and a tad excited. Once my surgery day came, again everything was organized and went perfectly. I had a quick chat to Chris before surgery and the next thing i knew i woke up in recovery. I didn't really feel any pain, more just some discomfort which i knew would mean just rest and recovery. It's now been 7 weeks post surgery and my results are truly remarkable. My nose is perfect, just perfect. I even feel a little weird talking about myself in this way. Its perfectly straight, the bridge is shorter, the tip is perfect and strong and my breathing is amazing. I absolutely love the results. The thing which really surprised me is the fat harvesting for the hollowness under my eyes. It looks sensational and has given me a freshness i didn't think i could realistically achieve. My healing has been a dream and i followed what these guys have suggested and their follow ups just makes you feel they are on this journey with you to achieve that perfect outcome. Dr Chris Moss is the best for a reason. Well he's actually the best for many reasons. At the end of the day he is judged for his results and i couldn't be happier. I laughed with some of the girls and said i wish he was my best friend because i think i love him. You actually just want to hug him and all the girls that work there because they are amazing at what they do and they do with it kindness, warmth and a professionalism which makes them standout in Melbourne. I'm actually someone who normally doesn't post a lot of reviews. I wanted to share my experience as i know that when it comes to choosing to do something about the things we can change; for me choosing the right surgeon is the most important part of your decision.
