I had my first rhinoplasty in 2011. with Dr Alojipan from Philippines. Over the years, the bridge of my nose shifted to the left and the wings of mine still looked bulbous. Then on March 4, 2017. I had my asian revision surgery with Dr. Kim of BK Hospital in Seoul Korean which left my nose with more bulbous tip like a piggy nose. A lower bridge, uneven nostrils and the implants still looked slightly shifted to the right side again.I feel that the Dr Kim didn't isten to my request for a subtle change and instead totally changed my nose to one that didn't fit with the rest of my face.
I am currently looking for revision surgeon for a month and also suffering with depression. Totally disappointed with the way my nose looks and I am having breathing problems. It like i don't have enough air passage inside and that i felt like some heavy objects fell of my nostrils and it is quite painful from time to time which also caused migraine attacks.
If anyone has had asian rhinoplasty revision and rib graft with Dr. Andrew Greensmith please could you let me know how your experience so far. Thank you so much.

Hi sweetheart, so sorry to hear ur story. I did not do the Asian one but I did do a rhino with dr Greensmith and I he did exactly what he said he wud do. He is a great surgeon and listens to your needs. But What I would recommend u do is wait out one year. My nose has changed A lot in one year since the surgery. Straight after it took 3 weeks for me to even be able to breath properly and then I felt my nose was too piggy because the swelling hadn't gone down and I was so depressed. But it did go down every month and now After a year my nose is soft again and basically looks exactly as he plnned. So even though it's tough wait atleast 1 year before u go under again. Dr G is a really good surgeon so U will be in good hands don't worry about that. Hope this post helps!
