I broke my nose in 1988, following a terrible fix up on the NHS in the UK I paid to have Rhinoplasty in 1989. I was happy with the result until I started to get older. My nose needed to be re-built and as such there was a small lump on the tip of the nose. I lived with this for over 20years however my skin became thinner and I noticed the lump more and also how uneven my nose actually looked in general. I was visiting Dr Chris Moss in Tookak Melbourne for facials and other treatments so when I started to research surgeons, his name appeared. I work for a medical device company spending most of my day in theatre so I made sure I did my due diligence, after four months of extensive research I decided to book an appointment with Dr Moss. The cost is considerably more than other surgeons but when it comes to repairing your nose and any type of surgery, there are simply no short cuts. I knew what to expect having had the operation twice before but the result far exceeded my expectations. I had faith in Dr Moss and his team and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering having this kind of surgery.

Hi there how long did the swelling take before you noticed a significant difference? I've just had my 3rd surgery and am 10 wks in and my nose still looks hideous! So disappointed, I went to Dr Howard Webster in Melbourne, also a reputable surgeon.
