Hi there on 1/15/2014 i was on a mission to eliminate my milia on my face.I randomly rang a laser clinic called Instant Laser Clinic in Melbourne was able to get a consultation hours after. When i arrived i was under the hands of Matthew Jafarzadeh director of the clinic i felt safe,he suggested Q switch laser to remove milia then put numbing cream on my face and said come back in 20 mins do get the treatment done.I went for a walk to the bank and withdraw ed $250 cost of treatment. When i arrived back he got me to lay down and put eye protection, the zaps from the laser hurt a bit but was able to tolerate it.When the treatment was completed i looked like i had been beaten up.Went into hiding for the next 10 days until the scabs fell off, when that happened i was left with brown pigmentations.I then phoned up Matthew and told him the situation he told me to come back to his clinc so i did. When i seen him he said to me its common to have theses brown marks after treatment should subside in a month and suggested i purchase a lightening serum and sunscreen off him to speed up the process which costed me $90.A month later nothing seemed to be working the milia came back with a surprise broken blood vessels that i never had.I decided to do doctor shopping got a refferal from one of many GP's i seen to see my family dermatologist. It was a 4 month wait to see this derm but this dude is good got rid of my acne back in the day. When the time came he had a look at my pigmentation problem and said it will go away in time suggested me to use a moisturizer called cetaphil. So i did purchased it used it 6 days later i stopped using cetaphil didnt go well on my skin.I decided to see another GP to get another refferal to see another dermatologist had to wait 2 weeks to see this random derm.He also told me to wait and gave me a contact of a well known derm by the name of professor dr greg goodman.I immediately phoned up to get a appointment was booked in 2 months time. When i did see him which was on 2/12/2014 he suggested lytera i purchased it costed $180 the cream smells nice, ive been using this a little over a month and i see a tiny improvement im worried if this is permanent damage its been almost a year ive been dealing with this pigmentation issue.sorry i got no pictures, can i get any advice or thoughts of anyone please it will be much appreciated.
