I have had two kids and a radical hysterectomy due...

I have had two kids and a radical hysterectomy due to cervical cancer. My pregnancy and my 30kg weight gain (each time) while pregnant left my tummy with saggy skin. I have lost all my pregnancy weight then got cervical cancer. This was done by an incision vertically up from my pubic region to just below my navel. Unfortunately once i was stitched back together it was not an east task due to the extra skin therefore it left my tummy looking even worse!
However thank god they got it all and i'm fine and healthy!
I researched thoroughly plastic surgeons and was impressed at what i saw with Howard Webster. I did have other consultations in which i was not too impressed at all. Once i saw/consulted with Dr Webster i knew he was the one for the job.
I was a little anxious as an elective surgery can go wrong however i was in the best possible hands.
Post operative i received the best care from the Linley Clinic. Everyone knew what i was wanting and feeling and kept me very informed.
I was very sore the first 24 hours however knew that it was worth it. The medication received alleviated what pain i had. I was up and walking 2 days post op. The compression suit that i had a wear was ugly and a little uncomfortable however did the job perfectly and can understand entirely why they are so necessary. I was told that i am a good healer and only (thank goodness) had to wear it for 2 weeks of the recommended 3.
I found that it took a good 3 weeks before i could stand completely erect. After 4 weeks i was getting around like normal and 6 weeks before i could go back to the gym, slowly goes it. Its not the incision from the tummy tuck at all that held me back a little its the ab stitching.
I am 8 weeks post op yesterday and can pretty much do everything at the gym that i was doing pre op. Just a little scar tissue soreness in the abs.
I am numb still down the middle of my tummy, where my abs are and the incision scar itself, but not above or below the incision scar, which is great. It does feel a little different not being able to have sensation around the belly button however the results FAR FAR FAR outweigh a little numbness.
I cant wait to see what it will look like 6 months down the track, maybe even a bikini!!!

Not only did Howard conduct the consultation in a professional manner it was also extremely informative, i felt very comfortable and at ease. I cannot speak highly enough of the care i received before, during and post operation. He did such a professional job. I am ecstatic at the results. I would not have even thought my stomach could look so good. Again if you are after a tummy tuck (i also had the abs stitched back together, from pregnancies, which also look FANTASTIC) I cannot speak more highly of Dr Howard Webster and his team. Look no further!!!!
