I mostly love how natural they look in clothes and t-shirts, I was worried I'd have that very "round" look but the anatomic shape has definitely been the right choice for me.
What's most amazing is how quickly the scars have faded... Only six months and they're nearly not visible.
All in all, as this will be my last review, the experience of getting my breasts augmented has been incredibly positive after what was a long journey to find the right surgeon for me. I cannot recommend Mr. Bloom and his team at Re. Plastic Surgery enough...

Provider Review
Where to start... This has been a research project spanning four years (I knew prior to children that I'd get a BA one day) and so I started slowly with informing myself as much as I could prior to booking in consults with surgeons (yes, that's plural - I saw four before deciding on Mr. Richard Bloom). I work with many different types of surgeons in theatre, and so know that skill, expertise and confidence levels vary greatly based on how often the surgeon does the type of procedure they're doing, how confident they are in using the equipment they're using, and where they trained/did their Fellowship. I say all of this because it might help give context to the fact that it took me a while to find the best surgeon for me... Whilst Richard's reviewers seem reluctant to post their before and after photos (something I found a tad annoying), he certainly made up for this in my consult by showing me as much as I wanted to see of women with similar frames and measurements to me. I was really impressed with his surgical background and where he did his overseas Fellowship, the volume of BAs he does per year (check this with your surgeons ladies as not all plastic surgeons do breasts at the same case load), but most importantly to me: his serious attention to aesthetic detail! After all, isn't that what you really want in a plastic surgeon?! He measured me and spoke to all forms of implant insertions, implant types, looks and aesthetic outcomes that would most work for my fit and active lifestyle and desired post-op look. He was the only surgeon that suggested I go smaller than what I'd been thinking of, and he spoke to this with reasoning and confidence that confirmed to me on the spot he'd be my surgeon. Not only that, his bedside manner is fantastic - confident in what he does without coming across condescending or abrupt - and incredibly reassuring (because we all have moments of doubt and fear - this is a big decision after all). Surgery went ahead on December 20th - all great and now about a week into my recovery phase. I'm posting photos as I go along so click on FULL REVIEW below if you'd like to get an idea of the process in photos. Feel free to ask any questions!
