Hi ladies, as far as I remember I’ve always wanted bi surgery to get the right size. Now after finishing my study in uni, getting a good job and buying a house, I’m thinking it’s a right time to do this! I’ve had 3 consultations so far, however got different ideas about the size and location of implants, under muscle or top of it! I’m so confused! The more I read stories the more I scare! I’m really stressed out about the whole process. But I think my 3rd consultation was the best and I could trust him. I’m getting this confidence to go ahead but I think I need to read more about people’s experience here!

My last consultation

Today I had my 4th and last consultation. He gave a totally new idea, very different with other opinions from previous surgeons. But it made more sense to me.
So his idea is subfacial position, 250 to 300 cc moderate plus profile.
It helps me to go back to chest workout after the surgery and recovery.
Please ladies look at the photos and give me feedback.

Hey. The pics looks really good, the size on the breasts fits very nice with your body and i think this will look very natural and pretty. Subfascial position is the best placement if you want to go back to chest workout after surgery. If you take the implants under the muscle the implant will move when doing chest workout and the implants will drift to the sides and don't look so good. I think the right pic looks the best to you're body frame (i guess that's 300cc). Good luck!

Reaserching sun-facial method!

I'm still doing more research about sub-facial method!
This method seems to suit me well, however, I'm worried about rippling! As I don't have any fat on my upper chest! it's just my muscle! I've read here from some surgeons who don't recommend this because of Rippling!!
So I'm still thinking to choose sun-facial or Dual Plane!!!! I'm so confused!
