When you’re in the DR, please be careful with conversions!

Hello dolls, I strongly recommend that you keep your surgery money in US dollars and money for meds and other extra things (food, extra supplies, etc.) in Dominican pesos. I swear I was charged more than I should’ve when I went to the pharmacy because I was paying in U.S. dollars. They try to play you and say the conversion is high...smh. Please heed my warning.
