Hi - I just had cryolipolysis done in Harley Street. There's no option to choose cryo on the drop down so it comes under coolsculpting. Anyway, it was fine. It didn't hurt, I was doing my emailing while the procedure was being done. The only reason I can think it would hurt is if you psyched yourself up for it to hurt. I'm pretty relaxed by nature, so I wasn't scared. I did my lower abdomen, I was a bit red, not numb and in no pain whatsoever. The nurse had it on -12, apparently she usually does -10. She said I might get some bruising, but when I go home there was absolutely nothing. It's day 2 and all I know is that my lower abdomen feels tighter than my upper. Let's see how we go....

Running to the toilet:)

So I had my cryo/cool sculpting done and still absolutely no pain or bruising. Sorry I haven't posted photos, but I'm really not fond of taking close ups of my belly. All I know is that I'm running to the loo more often and I can feel my lower abdominal region tightening up. I might get my upper abdomen done just to even things out. I should say that I'm a swimmer so I'm very active and exercise a lot. I don't know why I have no pain or swelling, but I feel like the cryo was done properly as it was done by a nurse in a medical clinic. Perhaps they chose the correct settings?
