Oops! Forgot my Monday post!

Not much to update on. Feeling better every day. The redness is almost gone from my reaction to the neosporin thank goodness. Standing up straighter but still not completely upright. I'm not wearing my compression binder anymore, but I did but a spanx tank top and I wear that everyday. Using coconut oil from Posh on my stomach and that seems to help with swelling. Can't think of anything else. Ill continue to post weekly pictures!

3 weeks down and back to work!

Went back to work today. I was pretty sore at the end of the day but it wasn't too bad. I sit at a desk for 80% of the day so the only hard part was when I had to get up and get something my stomach didn't want to stretch out again after sitting for too long. Redness has gone down on incision since I stopped using Neosporin. Belly button is pretty red now though. I had steri strips on it from last Monday until last night and everything is irritating my skin! I'm normally not so sensitive to such things but this time I am. Three new pics for you to see my progress!

2 weeks down!

Well had my check up yesterday and I had an allergic reaction to using the Neosporin for too long. Can't wait until the redness goes down. Moving a lot more and feeling much better. Hopefully swelling also goes down now that I'm not using Neosporin. Still have one more week off work. Hopefully I'm standing straight up by then. Anyone have any suggestions or scar sheeting or scar cream? Doctor said I'm clear to start using them now.
