My 5 Star Experience
I am from New York City and would like to share my prodigious experience at Oral Harmony in Medellin Colombia with porcelain veneers. I must say it was a awesome experience, as each plan fell in place as discussed in detail below.
Sometime back I wanted to do a smile makeover and I found it necessary to search for dental procedures on the internet. Luckily, I landed on the Oral Harmony Website which had all the necessarily content well explained. I quickly contacted them to book a consultation. In less than an hour, they quickly set up a virtual appointment via Skype with Dr. Sebastian Cardona. Dr. Cardona is calm and he is a good listener. As I explained he listened keenly on how I would like my makeover done. Importantly, he did answer all my queries and explained to me on the details of the procedure. I was quite aware I would not afford this in USA so I knew a trip would be a great idea. He wrote me the full price quote with each detail of the package. This included the makeover procedure, a comfortable apartment in a gated community, transportation package and a five star customer service. I was able to read a couple of straight forward reviews from several clients on the website. The reviews were positive and one would tell Dr. Cardona is the right man or the job.
First things first, I recommended the dates I would be available for my trip to the doctor via the text to check if he would be available. Gladly he approved the dates and on the same day I spent the whole afternoon choosing the best deal to book the flight. On a Tuesday, the travel day I arrived early enough to catch the flight and was very excited as the plane landed in Medellin Colombia and my designated driver welcomed me and drove me to an apartment complex in a gated safe secured community. I unpacked my suitcase, settled and had my late snack. I later went to bed at around ten, I was quite exhausted, anxious and ready for the smile makeover the next day. As per the agreed schedule, my first appointment with the Doctor we would have a meeting the next morning at 10:00 am.
On Wednesday, day two in Medellin, The driver dialed me at my room, picked me up and we went to the clinic to get started. That morning I met Dr. Castano along with his two medical assistants for a brief. He revisited on the procedure I wanted to get my porcelain veneers done in a highlight. The doctor and the team carefully listened to my concerns and addressed them with well explained answers. I felt assured and confident of the procedure. Some photos were taken as to compare them after. We took photos on the impressions of my teeth and I was done with doctor for the day. I had the rest of the day to enjoy seeing the beautiful city and tasting various delicacies in the streets of Medellin. Late that evening, the driver drove me back in my apartment to get ready for day two. Before I slept the doctor called me to make sure I was okay and did confirm the right time for the procedure next day and checked to see if I needed anything for the night.
On Thursday, day three in Medellin, the driver picked me up at 11am ready to continue my smile makeover adventure. Upon arrival, the doctors started to work on the bottom part of my teeth and once they were done it looked awesome. There were major changes compared to previous looks. I had the rest of the day to keep checking out Medellin Colombia and trying out new delicious dishes that the city offered. The driver took me back to my apartment and late in the evening Dr contacted me to check if I needed anything extra for dinner. The apartment complex I was staying at was only two blocks away from a huge shopping center mall. I visited the mall since it had everything I needed including currency exchange, a supermarket and over 100 stores.
On Friday, the driver picked me up and drove me to the clinic ready to finish the procedure. The whole team was eagerly waiting for me and on arrival the doctor started to work on the top part. He gave me a preview of I would look and I immediately fell in love with the new would be me. The doctors absolutely did put some worthwhile talent as I looked in the mirror. I looked better and it was pure bliss. I was quite impressed of the appointment with the doctor. The makeover was a dream comes true. I took some more time in the city that evening, it felt more like another home. The doctor also called to check on my health condition. Such gesture would fill my heart with joy that the team was doing a follow up on me.
On Saturday, the doctor visited me at the lounge to physically check up on me and confirm if the procedure worked well. Later in the afternoon I was dropped off at the airport ready to fly back to New York City with a brand new smile.
Overall it was an awesome SAFE top notch, five stars experience. The team had strong work ethics, attentive to detail and provided a great customer service experience. I would recommend this procedure to everyone who is ready for a new smile makeover.
