21 Year Old Natural Looking BBL

I'm going to Medellin in 10 days to get my procedure done. I've wanted a BBL since I was 17 and I'm finally doing it! I'm going to a doctor recommended to me from a friend who is from Colombia. She's had two procedures with him. Her mother has has three and she's had a friend that's also done a BBL. I love that his results look natural and not overdone like a bottle girl at a club in Queens. The total cost is 10 mil pesos which includes medication, fajas, chin strap, 3 days at the facility w/ nurse (I believe...not sure on this one... will update when I know). His website is in Spanish but I will link it here. By the way, this doctor is bilingual and currently has an office or has had an office in Miami (have to check on that as well). My friend is coming with me and I will be staying with her family for the 10 days that I'm there.

My goal is to be as thin as possible and just to give myself a nice shape w/ hips and a little butt but nothing crazy. Also, some fat injected into labia. As much weight as I lose, I'll never be able to change my proportions. My legs will always be too big for the rest of my body, and my hips will always be square.

The areas I'm going to lipo are: arms; full back; waist; full abdomen (with abdominal etching); full thigh; and under chin. I really want a thigh gap; a thin body with subtle curves. I am also naturally very muscular so I understand I won't be able to be as thin as I'd like to be (w/ my thighs and arms) and also my calves are extremely muscular so they can't get any smaller unfortunately :(. I understand my limitations and that I won't be as petite as I'd like due to bone (broad shoulders) and muscular structure.

I'm excited to see how it will all turn out. Nervous about the pain and nervous that I might be disappointed. I've spent the last month grabbing fat and pulling it to the side to see how skinny my body could get. I hope the doctor follows my instructions. I was, and always am, extremely specific (I'm detail-oriented) and before the procedure, I will reiterate everything one final time as he marks my body.

I have a shitton of goal pics, I'll try to limit them and will also attach some before pictures. For reference, I was 161 pounds a few months ago. I lost weight and now fluctuate between 137-138. For the past month, I stopped losing weight in preparation for this surgery. Also, I'm 5'4.5"; black; 21 years old; and live in NE of the US.

I went with this doctor because doctors in the US do not do full body lipo with BBL and if they do, it's an extra charge. So instead of paying 15k for lipo where they don't get all the fat (like I want), I can pay $3500 in Medellin and get my body as close to my goal as is possible.

I've also been taking vitamins everyday so my blood work will be good. I'm gonna buy a few rajas, chin straps, and compression sleeves before I go. Also bringing thin clothing to wear underneath compression garment, epidemics-foam board; scar cream; antibacterial soap; feminine wipes; q-tips; neosporin; and benadryl
