Office review: Terrible Customer Advisor

Sadly this didn’t work for me. I’m back up to my initial weight. You need the follow up and psychological support. Also, scientific evidence now proves that if you loose a lot of weight quickly you’re body will fight like mad to get that fat back. There’s no quick fixes folks. I only have myself to blame.

I was very much looking forward to meeting Dr Tjandra. I had been doing my research for the past few years and had decided on him for revision work and lipo to cankles. I liked his website, albeit chatotic, it is very informative and the patient is left with the impression that the guy is talented. However, getting past his rude, patronising and condescending patient coordinator is a different matter. I let her manner slide during the first couple of email exchanges, but by the third I just could not believe how nasty this woman is! I was overly polite and kind in my emails to try and diffuse her as I really wanted Dr T as my doctor, but to no avail. In the end I lost my patience. Initially I thought it was a language barrier, but no, it’s just her. Take your money where they have manners! I hate writing negative reviews and often don’t bother. For example, the P.S that did my boob job really didn’t do a great job, but instead of trashing him I refrained from reviewing him, but that Jennifer is a law unto herself. Awful. Happy to pm emails.
