Had Broad Band Light therapy (laser was closest treatment category I could see here) for freckles and pigmentation on chest and neck. Reasonable result in lightening spots but also got a BURN (as in blistered skin & open wound) in neck region which left a VISIBLE SCAR. I could tell they realised they'd stuffed up - I said 'what about this???!!!' but was told we'll 'put some cream on it'. I didn't bother remonstrating further since the damage was done. Operators here lack confidence and/or skill. And no I certainly didn't go back because I didn't trust their judgment. Obviously. Go if you're happy to be a guinea pig.
