In October 2011, Dr. Pautler performed my primary breast augmentation. I received 533 cc Allergan style 15. Style 15 is smooth, round, midrange profile, silicone gel. It was inserted through the crease or mammary fold (which I now have virtually no scar) and placed under the muscle. It's been nearly two years and I haven't had any complications or problems occur with my implants. I used to think my breasts were Ok, but now absolutely love them! Looking back, if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing, especially not my doctor! Since my surgery, I have met several other people who also had a breast augmentation from Dr. Pautler. It always turns into a long conversation in the ladies room raving about how amazing Dr. Pautler is and discussing our breasts. I have only ever heard and seen the very best about Dr. Pautler and the results she achieves.

Hi Beth! I didn't know about RealSelf until recently. I heard about Dr. Pautler by word if mouth. Lately, I've been researching other procedures. After finding this site I realized what an amazing place this is! I really hope that I am able to assist someone who may not be sure about who to go to for a breast augmentation. It can be difficult to decide on the right doctor since every patient has different goals and every doctor has different specialties.
I was previously a 36B, although at the time I "thought" I was a C. Now I'm a 36DD.
Yes, you're right, choosing a doctor can be challenging. Did you consult with more than one PS before you made your decision? It's nice that you found a PS that could give you results you love!
I looked into other PS but only scheduled an appointment with Dr. Pautler. Everyone I had spoke to told me that she was really great. I also know people who chose a different PS for their breast augmentation. They are happy with their results but have said that they wanted to go to Dr. Pautler but decided on a different PS to save money.
