I have been reading reviews for two months now and love this website! It is so great getting to see from start to finish with everyone's suggestions and experiences! It has really put my mind at ease! I am 6 days Pre-op! Ahhh so excited! I am a 27 yo mother of two ages 5 & 3, 115lbs 5'5" looking to get 400 silicone under muscle implants on July 15th with Dr. Simona Pautler. I am very active, love yoga, meditation, and keeping fit. I love my body and how well it has bounced back from 2 kids, all except for my breasts. I breast fed my first born and started using a pump 2 wks after his birth. Come to find out, I was not producing enough milk to feed him and the pump literally drained my breasts. I'm sure all the mothers out there know exactly what I mean!

So excited to have my new boobs! I cannot tell you how happy I am to be writing a post-op review! Finally! Woo hoo! Let me give a quick run down of my op day. I started out this morning by meditating. I am a huge believer in self healing and pain prevention by using ur mind thru meditation. I asked my body to accept this surgery and to accept the implants and to stay calm. I wasn't nervous at all today which surprised me a little, but I trusted my body was responding to my words of love i sent to it this morning. I checked in at the hospital at 6am and went over paperwork, got my IV started and waited for my 8am surgery time. It all went by so quickly and smoothly I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Dr. Pautler showed up early and greeted me in the op holding room. She was attentive, alert and addressed all my questions.I love the positive vibes she gives! I knew I was in good hands! I woke up feeling groggy like expected and a little nauseous but I let the nurses know and they immediately gave me some anti-nausea meds.Pain was on a 5 scale so they gave me another dose of dilaudid which helped. I was discharged at noon.Upon leaving the hospital,my pain level was at a 2! I felt really good just sleepy. The only actual pain was the little bit of burning from the incision sites other than that, only soreness and tightness which I don't mind at all. It is comparable to when your milk comes in after giving birth, which I have experienced twice so I feel like its not as intense. Driving home was good. My hubster drove and did well with potholes and turns. Turns were worse than potholes for me. I held the sides of my boobs during turns bc it feels like the implant would slide around and rub my incision site which hurt! Swelling isn't that bad either, but I have my ice packs on now just in case! Took 2 stool softeners, my norco, and my antibiotic keflex when I got home. Hoping to avoid the extreme bloatedness! Pictures to come!

I can't believe how well this is going. I expected a lot more pain than this. Woke up with a small case of stiff boob but after taking some deep breaths and light stretching and walking it went away.still only a little stiff and sore on the sides.I have still been taking my pain meds Q6 and that has helped. I have no boob regret at all or feel sad about my old boobs.technically they are still in there so I'm cool with that! Went for my check up and Dr. P said everything looked great! They peeled was the bandages and that alone made me feel like a new woman! I can shower tomorrow and just lightly blow dry my incision bandages and the best news of all I can start back in my birth control Friday! Yay! No more babies for this girl! A little bloated, but taking my stool softener has helped a lot! Can't wait to start working out again! Here's a few pics I took today.
