Picoway resolve results after one month

After one week!! It’s dark spots got lighter but now they are coming back out darker again. I’ve been using sun block and avoiding sun cause I work at home only go out in the evening when it’s dark outside. Don’t know why they are getting darker again.

I have had treatment done on 01/10 for my dark spot on cheeks. Nurse recommended me to try picoway resolve. I went with treatment, it wasn’t painful at all cause I had numb cream on my cheeks for 20 minuets. I have super sensitive skin and I told her. When she got done with the treatment, my skin looked red and dark spot got super red and darkened, also i got 6 more tiny red spots on top of right cheek. She told me it will go away within 4-5 hours but here I’m after 2 days they are still here plus my right cheek looks like it got blood underneath and burnt.. I can’t tell. Please someone help me to understand what went wrong I called office but they didn’t call me back.

How are you doing now that it’s been about 6 months? I ask bc I’m about to have the same procedure done somewhere else, but since I’m prone to hyper pigmentation, they prescribed a bleaching cream to start using once the scab falls off so that that the skin doesn’t get darker. If you plan to get the procedure done again, ask them about prescribing a bleaching cream afterwards.

I have brown spot on my both cheeks. I’ve had hair removal laser done in the past and I got incredible results but it made my skin super sensitive too. Couple years ago I have developed these tiny brown spots on my checks, I looked online for treatment for brown people and picoway came up and I went head got the treatment done but no results and last treatment got my skin damaged.

What do you mean by this? Did you overall see an improvement, or worsening, from before? And how did you get your hyperpigmentation?
no improvement, it got worse. don’t know what to do

Hmm, you need to find out whether it is dermal or epidermal. If it's epidermal you should seek other solutions than laser, as they are much safer. What is the hyperpigmentation? Melasma or post-inflammatory?
