Hi Everyone. I have been following the site for some time now in preparation for my BA scheduled for June 24th 2015 and have found it so helpful. I am more than a little shy about putting all my business on the internet but since I have taken away so much from everyone else I think it's only fair that I contribute.
I am 24th years old 5'4 , 118lbs. i have a fairly athletic build as you'll see from the photos and I really like all of my other proportions except for my breasts. I have wanted a BA since i was about 16 and i realized that i have taken after my mother and would never really maintain any breast tissue. I am not sure what cup I wear now since I tend to just wear a D cup and pad it with inserts but I am a 32 band.
So far I have had a preop with Dr. Mclean and i told him i wanted "D cup Breasts" from the information i have gathered here i definitely approached it all wrong and should have brought pictures instead. He measured my chest and told me i have a small chest wall so i should go with High Profile and that i cannot go above 465cc's I chose to go with 400cc's but i am thinking maybe i should push it to 435cc's because i heard you lose about 50cc's going under the muscle. I have not used rice sizers or vector imaging or anything and my doctor didnt really seem to have an opinion on anything- just that he only goes under the fold because it's the safest which is what i wanted anyways. He just gave me the facts and let me figure it out on my own but the patient coordinator was wonderful and has been a great help, still I have so many questions. Do you think it is appropriate for me to email her and ask my questions?
The questions I have are:
- What brand of Implant are we using?
- Can i see examples of other patients with similar stats to mine?
- What brand of bra is being provided? should i purchase a second one?
- will my stitches need to be removed?
- I am taking vitamin C as suggested, should i take arnica tablets too?
-**Will i have to take my piercing out? (I've had them for 3 years and they are fully healed) Should i buy spacers/ can you take it out and put it back in while i'm under or will i have to remove them?

I'll upload more pictures later of full body and of what i currently look like with padding. I'll also upload some 'wishboob" shots. I have many!

If you have any suggestions regarding size or anything else please share!

So glad you started your review! Yes, absolutely call/email your doctor with those questions...and more! In fact, here is an important list of questions that you may want to address in another meeting with your doctor. Looking forward to your wish boob pictures!

I still have a month to go before surgery but i thought i'd like to update on any pre-op preparations i've made. Not more than a day or two after my last post my surgeons patient care coordinator (who is nothing short of amazing) called me to answer all of the questions i had listed above. Now i know that we will be using Natrelle Allergen implants for my surgery which is something I had really wanted to know after my consultation. The only thing i am still unsure about is what will happen to my piercings but she assured me that we would talk to a nurse about it during my pre-op appointment.
Right now i've just been collecting pictures of wish boobs, mainly from this site and instagram to show my surgeon. Maybe this is something i should have done at the consultation because i'm not even sure if i'll get to see him again before surgery. I just want to make sure we are on the same page and i feel like i wasnt very clear during my consultation.
Otherwise i'm really just anxious about timing. My mom will be taking care of me and she is a great help and is just as excited as i am ( she's planning on getting hers done after she sees how mine go). I am scheduled for surgery June 24th but she is scheduled to have a c-section June 26th. I know that by the 26th i am going to put her needs first with a new baby of course and i'm just scared of straining my stitches or something. This isn't something i have discussed with anyone outside of my family and my birthday is June 27th so i'm just hoping i can pace myself without having to tell everyone around me that i got my boobies done.
Thats all for now, here are some wish pics

Good luck with everything!! Did you decide to stick with 400cc's or did you end up increasing it? I have 400cc HP silicone unders and am quite happy with the size.. very occasionally feel like they're a bit too big. Your mom is having a baby next month? Congrats on your new sibling, how exciting :). There's no way my mom could handle a baby right now your mama must have lots of energy!

Hey! I havent decided on a size yet. I'd rather go a bit too big than too small but i'd like them to not get in the way when i work out. I love your size, i've watched your massaging video at least a dozen times because they move so perfectly! I don't know where my mom gets her energy from, we are all really excited :) Thanks for the well-wishes
