The overall procedure went smoothly. The recovery was not bad at all. It truly does feel like a recovery from a hard training session.
The procedure is too soon to review. It is my understanding that you will not see your full results until as early as three months but more so at six months with the overall results showing at a year. I will update at the three month mark!
