I went to Dr Rios and he seems to be honest. He promised me certen results. The day I was schedule to have my first lipo he tried to reschedule on me and was making excuses on why he couldn't do the procedure that day. It was horrible not what I expected . The Anesthesia wore of so my left side was not completed that day. He said " I will have to redo that side" never mention a extra fee and I figured that he wouldn't want to charge me more because my sides were uneven. Then six weeks later it was time for my tummy tuck. Unfortunately again I had issues. He couldn't do the procedure in his office because he did have a anesthesia license. So I knew I have to have surgery due to other women issues and being he was also a OBGYN I decided to pay a extra fee to have the procedure done in hospital. Great job on my vaginal issue. My insurance covered only the bladder repair so I had to pay 2300. I would waited for the bladder repair but since I was going to have to be in hospital went ahead and paid. SMH. Now looking back he never explain to me in detail what to expect and what I would need after surgery. I figured it all out by reading this web page. About 8 weeks later I was so unhappy with my results that I went to him crying and he said that it was my fault because I gain a pound. Really uneven sides. So he decided that he would repair my dog ears and redo lipo. Of course for a additional fee of 2000 plus anesthesia fees. I cried and he said not to worry about paying him just to pay the anesthesia. 400$. The day of procedure. The procedure was successful but I was in a lot pain. It happens again unhappy and my muscle repair tore. Doctor say that it could of happen during the lipo or it just tore. Now it looks like a hernia and he says I will need revision.

Response from Dr. Rios:
I am sorry you had this experience. But I was not your doctor. You must be talking about another Dr. Rios. I am not an OBGYN. I don't do vaginal repairs.

Day 3 post op.

I am happy to say that the pain is very much tolerable. I am only taking motrin. I havent been able to shower as my PS will not allow me to till tomorrow. He is sending a nurse to my home to help me with the process of removing my surgical belt. I'm so excited to see my incesion and the hernia gone. Taking extra step to assure I don't strain at all.
