Astounded by Dr. Leedy's amazing work and phenomenal bedside manner. I have worked with hundreds of physicans and surgeons , he is perhaps the most caring i have ever met. Most people who lose a 100 plus pounds need 2 to 3 surgeries. To be nit picky yes I have a little extra skin here and there but he did such a tremendous job that I think all I really am going to need is for him to help me with my face and ease in to my fast approaching forties.

Still tire easily. Trying to break up my workouts through out the day. Using 40 pound weights for my arm exercises. Able to do some core, sit-ups, push-ups and planking. About 40 percent of what I did pre-op. Running is still slow. Incision sore at times really if I over do it. Breast implants are still making their decent. Still wearing strap at night. Wondering if I will be able to my Warrior Race on August 9th. I feel more self confident in my clothes. Sort of getting noticed when I am out in public. Odd feeling first time in 39 years.
