I am 5"2, 110. I have extra skin from bfing but cannot currently fill out a 32 a bra. I cannot decide between 320cc or 370cc hp. I have decided on under the muscle and sientra silicone teardrop hps. I am afraid lf looking too big or too small. A d sounds so big and not sure if I will like that. I need opinions!

Hi. Congrats on your decision. I am 5'2 and about 120 lbs. I went with 335cc. They are a nice size. (I used to wish I had gone bigger, but now I am having problems finding bras or swimming suits that fit.) I live in a med. size city and there are only a few stores that carry 32DDD or 32E. (no VS) It was something that I had never thought of before because I've never had that problem. Just a thought. (I guess you can buy bras on line but I like to try things on before I buy and haven't really figured out online purchasing yet. :) )

I am the same weight and height as you I just have not breastfed yet because I don't have children but I also cannot fill out a 32a bra at all and I was thinking about 350cc up to 375cc.

I would go bigger. I am only 4'11.5" and 90 lbs with 350cc hp mentor silicone and wish I went bigger. I am sure I'll have mine redone eventually

cleavage?

Pre op I was a deflated 32aa couldnt fill an a cup. I decided on 370cc sientra shaped gummies. I absolutely love them but am feeling like I have a little more of a gap then I would like. Although I am not wearing push up bras and I like how they sit naturally I would like to be able to create cleavage if I want to. I tried on a push up bra for fun and my implants did not move. I am 2 months post op. Will they eventually be able to push up or is this it?

I have a gap too but I can create cleavage with a push up bra. Could be bc you have shaped implants. I'm not sure but I think yours still look great!

I had the same implants as yours and I love them. I had my surgery 11:26 and mine seem to be softening and moving closer together.

Go with Bigger. I was like a AA and I went with 349. Wish I went with more. Implants look smaller than natural. A D doesn't look big, trust me.

@trisha7788. I had gone with the 370cc. U can see in my photo. I kinda wish I went a little bigger. I feel like I look like a small c in clothes!but I am wearing a 32dd

I know how you feel. I don't know what I was thinking going with 350. I was warned too,

I think we just got scared. Because going to big is scary too

Don't worry. I had to wait about 5 months before my boobs settled and softened enough to move and look natural. The first time (2 months) I tried on a push up bra and was horrified how awful they looked in a push up bra. Once they settled and softened (4 - 5 months) they now look great. I have several bras that give me awesome cleavage.

One thing we have to realize is breast implants are not natural, but synthetic. If you had 100 women that all had natural breasts, none of them would look the same really. Implants are synthetic, so they will not look 100% natural. Yours look great! I went with 440 Sientra high profile round silicone textured, because I had loose skin and was worried about gap. Your gap is minor and will diminsh Im sure. I am glad PS went bigger due to my loose skin. He said smaller implants would not have looked as good due to my ptosis(sag). He started with 350 and went up to 440 and I am glad that he did. I freaked at first not wanting to be any bigger than 385, but each day they look better. With a compression bra they look like a small c. I also run weekly, so that was a concern; but the compression bras today really hold you in. My surgeon also told me gap is anatomical, and has to do with the women's width of her chest to begin with. Women that are narrow will not have as much of a gap as women with a wider rib cage. Nipple width will determine gap. Going bigger can help. I am fairly wide at 5' 3", and he said he went bigger for that reason. He also said I could not use the shaped implants due to ptosis as well. So my width and sag is why he went with the high-profile round. He said he used textured to keep them in place, and prevent implant from moving in pocket after time. Textured will adhere to the skin better he said. Hope this info helps others when deciding :)
