Everyone was kind and pleasant. It was reassuring that the office opts to have a PA stand in while breast examination is happening without needing a request (I couldn't care less, but I think it speaks of a culture of ensuring client safety, and that I DO care about). Dr. Bartlett is friendly, approachable, and was great at explaining everything without coming across as condescending in any way. As a non-binary person, I felt respected the entire time and would highly recommend the office to anyone considering a service they offer.
