Hello everyone- I had Ultherapy because I was...

Hello everyone- I had Ultherapy because I was hoping to look younger, and tighten, lift and build collagen. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. My face definitely looked great for the first 7 months or so. After that time, the real damage started to present itself. My face looks very hollowed out now. I had a huge amount of fat loss and the elasticity in my skin was destroyed. If you're thinking about having this treatment, please do your research. I've visited several reputable dermatologists and plastic surgeons and they have explained that the Ultherapy can cause fat loss, something I didn't realize before having the treatment. I've only ever gone to high end dermatologists and spas, so I don't think my situation is about the dermatologist. I feel the issue is the laser itself based on how things have been explained to me since the procedure. I have had filler put in to attempt to correct the damage. This has helped a bit in certain areas of the face, but not entirely, and my face will never look as great as it did prior to treatment. If only I'd realized my face looked ok beforehand! Juicing and eating clean have helped, as well as weekly (at home) masks and exercise. Sorry to anyone that has experienced the same disappointment as I have. Good luck with your healing mentally & physically.
