Got the grumps today :(
$7,000
I'm not exactly emotional today but I sure am grumpy. I'm feeling very large still (didn't help that a C cup bra I tried on fit me so much better than the B from yesterday)....I know it's WAY too early to tell size yet, but I wish I was smaller. Most of my clothing doesn't really look that different on me and there's no way I could go braless like many ladies here have posted. I tried a couple of tops on without any bra and I looked terrible.
Also, I still have what looks like day necrosis at both t junctions and I don't know if that's bad. One side has some stitches poking through there. I'm the kind of patient who worries a lot but won't really call the doctor except for a real emergency. I have an appointment there on Tuesday so I kind of feel like I should just wait until then, since I don't feel extra pain there nor do I have any fever.
I don't mean to be so grumpy but it's hard to feel like I've gone through so much only to still not really like how I look under my clothes by my chest area (doesn't help that I now also look like I have a tummy, le sigh).

Picture
Here's a picture of me in the B bra - as you can see, I'm spilling over a bit on my right side (left side of the picture). But otherwise, I think it fits?

Ouch
FYI, my picture above on 8-29 is of me laying down so that's why it doesn't look boxy at all but in real life, they are kind of starting to look like a really weird shape - and kind of in my armpits.
Soooooo...for an update.....all I can say is ouch, ouch, ouch. Haha, that sounds terrible. But it's the truth. I do still continue to have zingers but that's not what bothers me. What is really bothering me now is the hypersensitivity (all over but especially in the nipples!!! guess I should be happy I have full nipple sensation but it's owie right now). It's strange because there are still many parts that are numb but on a whole, most times, at least part of one breast feels like someone is laying a sheet of small needles on it. I know that's a weird description, lol, but I can't really explain it. Also, anytime I get the shivers from being cold from the a/c, I get a weird burning sensation all over!
I'm so ready to be completely well again, haha. Good news though, my incisions are really starting to look cleaner which makes me happy! I've been showering every other day which I think is a good compromise - any more often and I think it would be too much for my poor boobies, and any less and I would start feeling icky.
In general I'm feeling pretty great considering I had surgery ~2 weeks ago - but I get really, really, really tired at night...and it's not like I'm doing that much during the day yet! I really pushed myself on Thursday last week and regretted it after (soooo much swelling and soreness) so I've been trying to take it easy for now.
Oh, guess what! I tried on a B cup bra (from way back when, that I actually still have!) and it mostly fit - spilled just a tiny bit over on my right side. So, I have no clue whether I'm a B or C...not that it matters MUCH, I'm just trying to figure out how I'll look once I can take this surgical bra off.
That's it for now - I can't think of anything else of interest, lol. Actually, question for you - if you had crazy hypersensitivity, how long did it last? It's been like 2 or 3 days for me and I would love to know how much longer to expect (unless it's like 2 more months, in which case I'll be very sad).
