Follow Directions!!! 3 weeks post op
$6,000
I just want to give some advice. Follow your PS pre and post op instructions. It is very important, they know what they are doing. I followed instructions and still am. My results are beyond incredible. I'm 3 weeks post and everything is great. I'm still wearing my surgical bra (yes the one that snaps in the front) 24/7. You need the compression. Please don't be all up in the stores 1 or 2 weeks post op trying on bras. You have a lot of swelling to go down. Just follow directions. I have seen women on the site having issues and I have to say it's probably their fault. Also I was told not to lift over 2 pounds. That has been hard to do, everything is over 2 pounds. Oh and don't have sex for at least two weeks. My PS left my steri strips on for 2 weeks (helps with keeping the incisions closed). Keep them clean.

HAPPY with results!!!!!
First of all I have to say that I am very happy with my results. The fact that I no longer have back pain, no headaches. I have so much more energy, feel more refreshed, clothes fit better. I could go on and on.
If you are looking to have the surgery done, don't think twice do it. Please don't be scared about the pain, or all the hurdles of the surgery. Be more scared about the fact that you have back pain, and dents in your skin from the bra being so tight. I'm 32 and one thing I really thought about was the fact that I'm going to be 50 and 60 one day. Do I really want to be that old with such large breast. If I'm dealing with such pain and discomfort now at the age of 32, I can't imagine what I'm going to go through when I'm 60 with a double H cup bra. I felt like my breast were wearing my body down. Find a board certified surgeon, get a consultation. See two or three, look at their clients before and after. I had issues with the tape they put on my incisions. Like an allergic reaction, my skin was itchy, red and blotchy. But believe me I would do it again if I had to.

Not good!!!!
Okay so I'm having a reaction to the steri strips. All the around the tape my skin is just red, itchy, painful. It hurts to move, it itches and I'm am just so frustrated. My Ps and the nurses don't seem to concerned, said it was normal. Not normal for me, lol, I just got over the bruising which I didn't have much of. My skin is so sensitive and painful to the touch. But my incisions seem intact, boobs look awesome, they feel so funny though sitting up, when I take my surgical bra off they feel like they should still be falling down. Big breast syndrome I guess. Maybe it will go away. Okay until next time ladies.
