Thanks!! I'm I between doing 300-425cc. My husband wants me to do 425 or 450... I jugs don't want to be too top heavy looking. I workout a lot and I don't want my "prized possessions" to get in the way!! LOL

You're smaller than me??? Lol hahahahaha I feel like a boy....I hope for a natural look but a nice size. I think I'm leaning towards HP mentor implants. I just hope that the smooth round ones don't cause malpositioning or capsular contracture. My ps switched to using textured implants recently to decrease the incidents of these two complications but with a small amount of breast tissue I'm afraid of the rippling side effect. Plus they have a shorter life expectancy and higher incidence of rupture. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks!!

My dr. said the new gel doesn't rupture easily.. he had me squeeze and push as hard as I could and nothing happened, it just bounced back. He took a needle to the implant and the gel started to come out then it sucked back into the implant. even cut one in half with a scalpel and the gel stayed in place...pretty cool! as far are rippling it helps if you go under the muscle, however it is less likely to happen with silicone because it is smooth all around. massaging will help scar tissue to be less. malposition is nothing to worry about as long as the pocket wasn't to large for implant. hope this helps you!
