33 Years Old and I Have 3 Children

I want a flat stomach and a big butt and hips and I want the fat from my sides gone. I’ve been wanting this for a long period of time. And I also want the fat from my back gone . I feel like I’m insecure and for me not to be insecure or have insecurities about myself I feel as though this would help me . I want 1000 cc in each buttocks .
