I had all the best intentions to start writing my review directly after my surgery but it is just one of these things you plan to do and then they just don't happen. Looking back I was terrified if the procedure but it was not that bad, still, to be flat on your tummy with two drains in the bum is nothing that puts you in the mood to write long reviews. I had 300cc oval implants and fatgrafting. painwise it was okay, dr.aslani leaves the drains for a week which was annoying but he says it is necessary, and i believe what he says. The surgery has given me a very drastic result, exactly what I had been looking for. I am pleasantly surprised with how they feel. I also like they perky, slightly fake look which I believe you cannot get with fatgrafting only.
