hi all it has been a while since I have last updated.
I am very confident with my decision now, i have seen some really brilliant work by dr.aslani lately and even some very nice implant work.
i have agreed with his assistant that I shall try and out in as much fat as possible and then make final decision whether to try with fat only.
In light of his implant work I have seen I think I may even prefer to have them.

Like everybody else,I am concerned and scared about having surgery and I spent days scrolling through reviews. Many here seem to be like me, looking for the best choice, wanting to be safe, but when you read through all this you make some curious observation.
For example I noticed that in nearly all of dr.aslani's reviews there is a poster "mariahs".
She leaves slightly dodgy comments,but obviously has had no surgery, has no pictures,but suggests that her preferred surgeons in DR can work wonders. Strange, isn't it ?
I have drawn my consclusions, everybody else draws his.
Seems that every surgeon outside DR is blessed with some "mariahs" :-)

Provider Review
He is the right doctor for me. I love his work and his results. He seems to be great for girls with very little fat, although I doubt that I get my dream result with fat only (just to skinny). Great references , very professional office.
