28 Years Old, Quite Thin, 800cc Per Side, Very Straight Before - Marbella, Spain

just wanted to share my experience :) I am sorry for any mistakes-English is not my first language. I am 28 years old and had my surgery on 15 May with Dr Aslani. They tried to convince me to get implants even though I gained 8kg just for this surgery. One day before surgery I met Aslani for the first time and he said until he saw me and grabbed my fat he wouldn't like to do the BBL and wanted to convince me of taking implants! But then he was ok and after surgery he came to my room and said to me that he didn't think he could give me this figure. So I am pretty happy :)

The BBL surgery itself is not bad at all. I didn't have any pain or nearly no pain. So you don't have to be afraid of the surgery. BUT: Be prepared for the recovery time of 4 weeks!!! This has been the most terrible time in my life. I already head breast augmentation and this surgery was very very very painful! But for me the recovery from BBL is much more annoying. Not being able to sit or to sleep on my back is really hard. Aslani said I can sit after 4 weeks, but I am really afraid.
I also can't imagine how people go on their own to a different country to get this surgery done.I had my mother with me and she really had to help me with everything! My legs were (and still are, but not so bad) so swollen. I couldn't put on shoes or sock on my own. She helped me getting my garment on and off. So I would say that you need someone to help you for the first two weeks.
Sleeping on my belly is really horrible. My back still hurts and I cannot sleep for more than 3 hours. So the nights are not really nice.

If anyone of you is a smoker: I smoked my last cigarette the night before surgery. Aslani said its ok to start smoking 3 weeks after surgery.
