As a transgender woman, my goal was to achieve a natural and acceptably female face, and to work with some notable experts in this highly specialised area. I chose Facial Team due to their highly professional approach. I had the following done in a 5-hour procedure: trachea shave (Adam's apple), chin narrowing with sliding genioplasty, lip lift, and forehead plus brow bossing smoothing. Their surgeons showed an excellent understanding of surgical technique and aesthetic balance. My recovery was smooth, and the patient care and liaison were brilliant. Like all surgery of this type, you need to be realistic about what is achievable, and marry it with other aspects of your transgender journey. For me, both the experience and the results have been excellent, and I am immensely grateful to the dedicated professionals at Facial Team for their very human and professional care.
