Updates! After a long while 2

I had to say my second attempt was a lot easier, I decided to not only put in a new implant but also upgrade both to bigger sizes! So I went from 260 oval to 370 bioconvex round! I have to say the new implants suit me! I love them and this time, the implants have settled nicely, I had a very smooth recovery:D
I stayed at the new recovery house of the clinic, it had been a great monody for me as I got to stay with BBL girls and we could help each other, In comparison to stay for 10--14 days alone can be really upset. Also I did not need to worry about getting food, nurse Pilar come in everyday to help us shower too, comparing with my stay at hotel in Jan. The offerings of the recovery house really shifted day to day tasks, I recommend to live in the recovery house for BBL, as it was a surgery affect mobility for a few weeks and you will need helps!
I would like to thank the Dr. Aslani and his team, for giving me the beautiful bum! Although I had a bit down time in the journey, the final outcome is great, and I got a lot of supports from them, from beginning to the end. Hugo and Jenny even had organised a barbecue at the recovery house for me to celebrate my second BBL! I was very touched????????
I also would like to suggest a few things for girls who are considering BBL:
1, it wasn't a surgery so minor that you can decide it lightly, be prepared!
2, Lipo and BBL combined was tough for the first few days, I have seen girls got upset or paranoid, all are very normal, give yourself time to settle the mind
3, The clinic is super busy, and thus sometimes they cannot act immediately, but they always always help you at their best. Shortly after surgery everyone is easy to panic, the phase will pass:)
4, I really don't know why I had seroma on my first BBL, the rate is low , I just unluckily stepped on it. Such thing can happen, be aware but not to scare:)
My favourite part now:
Photos!!!!!
Total before and after ( pre BBL and after BBL2)
And my current ones:)
Lastly, on my second BBL Dr gave me my previous left butt implant after replacement, still haven't figured out what to do with it, any ideas????

Updates! After a long while

I haven't come here to post my story for a while, I think now it is a good time to update my complete journey:)

If you read my previous post you have come to know I had issue from my right butt cheek, back in January after I got back home I developed a seroma, which was an annoying complication. I update my situation with Jenny everyday and had Skype conversation with Dr Aslani every now and then, look back I really feel thankful as they were very busy while taking care to me at best, especially at my vulnerable times.

In early February Dr. Aslani told me to fly back as my situation did not resolve, he had to check it in the operation theatre, where if my issue was infection, he would have to remove the right implant. He told me such possibility firmly. I did feel a little sad and worried at that time, but at the same time I felt relieved, with total trust to him. On realself people who got seroma sometimes had to go through many rounds of drainage, doses of antibiotics and etc until months later, if their doctor tried to save the implants. I didn't want to go through the emotional and physical stress, and he told me as soon as I met him again that he did not want to drag the situation and put me into more risks.

I had my right implant removed because it was infected! And then I was on the road to my second round, which occurred 3 months later, on the 30th of May! ( I was aware of my half butt so I wanted to try again, also my left side is completely fine, I felt I really like butt implant I should at least try again)

The below picture was after I removed my right implant, honestly from behind, wasn't very noticeable. But from the side my left was much more fuller:)

4 weeks post OP

Today is my 4 weeks from the surgery, times flies!

Updates are:
1, seroma still draining from my right incision, I am going to post the photos for you to see, it doesn't look bad from the photo, as I only have a small hole that leak fluid.. It has been two weeks since the draining started, I still drain heavy, It is not reducing on a day to day basis.. how frustrating, however if comparing with last week, I think this week is less.. It is definitely not more, the hole is not getting bigger.. So I hope it is a positive sign. So far Cirumed has been great, I update with Jenny and I have Skype with Dr. Aslani once a week since I had the seroma.. He said if not getting worse it is not from the implant pocket, but the superficial pocket where access to the implant pocket, which is less nerve wrecking.. I think he is maybe right( As I can't be at the hospital now) as I do see a little puff pocket on my right butt cheek, it gets flatter since I started draining. Anyway, anyone has similar experience I really want to know how long it takes to heal?

2, my liposuction results are very very well, no lumpiness, skin is very tight. I have done lipo many years ago once on my lower back and both arms, back then my tissues were lumpy, painful and tight for a few months, and with raised scars which faded slowly in a few years time! Now I am only 4th week after lipo, the water jet one I think. It is a very fast recovery, nowhere hurting, scars are tiny and flat ( after a few months maybe not even visible) The lipo is so great doctor managed to get so close and even, I meant when I touch my belly I have a very thin and even layer of fat underneath my skin, to me I think it is very skilful, to an incredible extent!

3, My movements now after butt implants are better, I went out to pharmacy to buy dressing today, my walking and feeling are drastically improved since last week! Tightness going down, I feel more lively too, I know by week 5 I will feel even better!

4, I measured myself, I used to have 91cm hip measurement, now after a lot of swelling going down ( I don't think I am swelling much now) I have 96-97cm now. It is not a lot in the measurement, but the whole shape is different! I like the result very much, instead of a huge butt, i have a better shaped waistline and butt, the new butt suit me, make me more proportionate and looking lively rather than looking heavy:)

Will keep on updating:)
