Supercharged BBL in Spain / from Germany

Hi community, it’s been 18 month now and I go back for a revision next week.
Implant pocket needs to be lifted and he will perform some ab etching on my stomach and do some fat graft for around the implant, one side is more visible then the other side, I think I have a bigger capsular on that side , I can even feel it when I sit, so he will correct this as well . If I bend they are much more obvious but this is normal I guess. If you see the bodybuilder lady’s bending it kinda looks the same , it’s because of the thick muscle.

Hi girls , sorry for not responding for so long , I took a little distance of RealSelf during healing as Dr.Aslani recommended me. My incision drained for about 8 days , at day 5 I flew to the clinic to let Dr.Aslani check it, I drained just a little but i still drained wich made him worry , we decided to do a Sonographie wich didn't show any fluid , but when he pushed my buttocks there was still fluid coming out . So he wanted to operate me again to put some drains in , but I offered him to give it one more week and if it not stops I'll fly back in and we can do it . He wasn't really glad to let me fly back like this but he agreed . 3 days later it stopped draining . Wound was still open until yesterday though . Now we hope it keeps healing fine and that I won't get any more serious problems . I still have a little hard lump on my left butt but Dr.Aslani told me not to worry about this since it most likely goes away itself and if not there are a some things we can do about it before I consider another surgery . The whole time the Dr and his team been so supportive and didn't let me alone with this problem , they helped me where they could and this gave me a lot of strength and made me feel save. Dr.Aslani is the best guy ever and If i think about a another surgery to make my butt bigger or to do another Lipo I definitely will always go to him again!

Ok here a little update . My wound is still open and since 2 days it's draining , BUT just after I have showerd. The question now is , if it's draining because shower cane in the open incision and filled a little pocket with water or is it Seroma ... Iam in contact with the clinic everyday , and they help me a lot , Jenny is great ! So now we wait until tomorrow , i will not shower till then and we see if it will drain anyways , if not It's great , then I just need to keep use the manuka honey until my wound clothes , if it will drain then I need to fly back to Spain to see dr Aslani on Monday :/ anybody with same experience ? So wish me luck , I'll keep you updated . Oh and i Love the results ! Would be a shame if they need to be removed ....!! I'm still not back to normal with the pain and discomfort but it's getting slowly Beter . I also have a hard spot on the draining side ( left ) though , you can even see it in the pic , but with that he says to wait until I'm healed, most important is that the incision will close sometime soon .
