Detailed Review Brazilian Butt Lift and Buttock Implants. Tips & Tricks ;) - Spain, ES

So far I have had 2 Skype consultations with dr Aslani and a surgery date.
Looking for a massage bed with open face option to rent so I can sleep more comfortably during this whole circus.
Packing up on a lot of bromelain supplements to take after the surgery (pineapple enzyme for a speedy recovery).
I'm one of those women who actually need to gain weight so taking 3 weight gain shakes a day (which really, really help) and trying to eat as much as possible before sleeping. Drinking a lot of fresh fruit juices to gain weight but still get enough vitamins and minerals (junkfood really grosses me out by now).

I started seriously hating food at some point. Stuffing myself like a goose, and then feeling so sluggish to digest all that crap.. Luckily I've managed to get 5 kilos of pure gold (fat). AND thank god sugar is supposedly as addictive as heroin because riding the sugar high and low has increased my appetite in the past weeks.
Went to a health food store to get weight gain shakes. Lady behind the counter was like...why don't you just eat regular food? I was like...Because I don't have time to eat so much....She was like..Oh.. you must not grant yourself the time to enjoy life...I was like....I do....I just don't find eating so exciting..She was like...Oh... you must be alone...I was like...I have a boyfriend....ANd does he say something about your eating habits? -_- Give me my weight gainer, lady. After two tries you'd think she'd stop relying on her deductive reasoning powers.
But it is curious indeed. I used to love eating much more. 3-4 years ago...Yasss. But when I quit eating sugars and starchy carbs that just stopped. I eat more to nourish myself than for pleasure purposes, it just doesn't do.
Asked concierge for that massage bed. There isn't one to hire in Malaga. So I've bought a Tempur pillow so I can lay on it with my face on the side. Any other pillow just won't do, and this stuff is used for people in coma even who have blood flow issues. Hope that laying on my belly won't be so uncomfortable but I guess you get used to a lot of things in life.

It's done!
I've had my surgery some months ago and I must say I'm very pleased with the results.
But I'm going to warn you; IT WASNT EASY!!
Seriously. You are going to have to mentally prepare yourself if you want butt implants...Walking with drains in your legs for a week is not!! comfortable.
All in all I'm very pleased with the outcome..But did wish I knew how hard it was going to be. It wouldn'tve been such a shock to me. (The blood, the hardship, pain, discomfort..)

My body post-op
I've heard from a lot of people the fat will go away so much that they do a second round.. Jenny showed me her BBL outcome and as sweet as she is... It was hard to see an hourglass in her figure. I think for a pure BBL alone you're going to have to think of 2 surgeries to get there. People like Kim kardashian for example; really had multiple BBL's to get there, and she even had a big bottom to begin with.
So in that case; I'm really happy I went for silicone implants!!
At first I wasn't so into it, but now it really just feels part of my own body. And it's okay. I don't feel 'fake'. Mostly because it looks natural. And when I lay down on my back in bed I do sometimes feel some pressure at the upper part of my derriere but it's okay.
I love my butt now, it feels amazing. The implants are covered with quite some fat so when you touch it it's firm but still soft..

Does the fat stay?
Did the fat 'melt' away? Not yet.. Been exercising a lot because my inner thighs were still a bit too kissy and lovey dove with each other post-op. Not willing to sacrifice skinny legs for a bigger butt/hips.. I'm thinking of doing Coolsculpting on them now to be able to gain a bit more on my hips and buttocks without having huge legs. Have had weight loss and gain a couple of times since the operation and been gaining fat again and again nicely on my buttocks and hips so it's still there..


Going alone?
People had to help me going to the hospital and it's very, very hard to do it all on your own so I hired a private nurse to take care of me and do grocery shopping. You're SO swollen the first few weeks that you're basically shuffling around, walking normally is out of question.

Marbella vs Malaga
Cirumed Marbella sounds very fancy; but for some reason I was having everything in Malaga...and that place is downtrodden, seriously. Ratchet. Couldn't wait till I was finally mobile enough to go to Marbella. Food in Vincci hotel sucked and there weren't good restaurants around. I'm a healthy eater so I couldn't handle it. Price/quality ratio for Vincci hotel is very skewed.

Hospital time:
The first night in the hospital was horrific, so much pain.. Food there...I don't understand how they serve that in a hospital. -_- If you have dried or canned foods you enjoy, **take it with you**..
ALSO: the donut/boppy pillow you'e going to get from Cirumed near the end...

-ASK IF YOU CAN GET IT RIGHT AFTER THE SURGERY!!

You're gonna have to sleep on your belly and I've lost a very expensive pillow due to blood shed.
This donut pillow is also comfortable to lay your head on; much more than a normal pillow..

Very sweet people. The nurse was knowledgeable and friendly.. Dr Hamers really helped me get through it with some humor bc I was getting depressed from how hard this was. (Thank you)
Jenny is very empathetic and helpful. And mister Aslani... Well, I do like his approach. He likes to play it safe though. I wish he would've taken more fat from me legs but said your skin will distort if too much fat is taken. I feel he's tried to stay on the safe side a bit too much... But all in all he does safeguard the patient, by placing drains for a week for example, and placing the implants within the muscle, not over. Those kind of things. I like the way Germans work (who doesn't...lol) a lot of things were thought out well.
