I have received an email form realself although I have never used this page asking me to comment on my experience, I presume that this was on behalf of the clinic.
my procedure is already half a year back, I had 335 cc anatomical implants and fat grafting to the cleavage in marbella at the cirumed clinic.
Travelling for surgery is not really my cup of tea but I know the are.
I have been travelling there for my vacations over ten years and my family have an apartment.That made the decision for surgery elsewhere much easier for me.
I have been researching for my breast augmentation a total of 2 years. I had heard about the possibility of fat transfer and it was clear to me that this was no possibility for me since I am very slim. During my research I bumped into the possibility to have a combo of implant /fat. It is not broadly on offer in the UK but there are some surgeons in the U.S.offering this. I also found the Cirumed do that and I liked the idea.
I am unsure how much benefit the technique really had in my case, I am definitely happy with my results and I love the way they feel……….. but of course I don’t know what they would have been like with implants only.

Anyway, I definitely did not get a gap between the breast (which was my prime motivation) and I managed to get rid of my mini- problem zone on my inner thighs “on the way”, so overall I am satisfied.
I had my procedure at the Malaga hospital which was a bit inconvenient but manageable. Dr. aslani has an assistant who looked after me in the ward who is magic, using this post to say thank you to alvaro who was absolutely awesome. Also thumbs up for Carolina, my coordinator who was always on the spot.

Provider Review
I had breast augmentation with combination of silicone and fat from my thighs. Think I would likely have had a good result with only implants, but perhaps a bit better this way. I have actually seen dr.aslani only briefly, but I was very happy with the aftercare of his staff.
