Breast Augmentation with Anatomicals and Fat Transfer - Spain, ES

I am not so much a posting person but I guess if you want to show appreciation to a cosmetic surgery clinic in modern times the nicest way to say thank you is this.
I wanted to get my boobs bigger ever since I can think of.i live in gibraltar and there is an abundance of clinics on offer on the Spanish mainland,all offering more or less the same thing. I picked cirumed firstly because their surgeons seem to be somewhat more academic and secondly because they offered me fat transfer on top of silicone implants.
For a brief moment I had been hoping to get away with just the fat but dr.aslani said that was totally impossible in my case.
I ended up with 335cc anatomical unders and some fat injected into my bust.
So far I am very pleased,i was lucky with my recovery so far and had no problem whatsoever.
Hope that won't change!
The clinic has some very nice people working for them and they were all competent and kind. My surgery went pretty well and I hope I am not to have any trouble in the future
