I honestly don’t know know where to start because this is such a long story.
I am taking all my guts together to post my pics and tell my experience so far.
I am now 7 days post bbl surgery with alex aslani in quiron malaga. I look completely different to the person that went into OT !
It is just now that I got used to sleeping on my belly.
Three months ago I made up my mind and didn’t look back.I don’t even really remember going into theatre this all seems so far away.
I was very nervous about any cosmetic surgery since I am 56 years old and such a procedure is not a peace of cake for me. I had travelled to see dr.aslani before the procedure which made it so much easier. I am shy but somehow proud to post some of my pictures. I think dr.aslani has done a really good job.
I had one litre of fat into each bum side !!!!!
To be honest,it looks a bit weird to me now but I am sure swelling will go and a sexy new bum will stay.
So far I am quite happy, will keep posting (if I dare)

update
my back skin is still very sore I think this is normal ? I am happy with the look, I don't mind it going down a bit

I'm 6 weeks post op and the back skin still feels weird. Like it's not part of my body. The doc says that is normal as the nerves start to reconnect and the fibers connect (after lipo). The massages help speed the process somewhat. The butt will go down a bit as the swelling resolves. Funny that I said the same thing but then when the swelling went down and the booty looked smaller i lamented the loss. LOL. Its almost like there is a panic that for all the money you paid, your gonna lose some of that money with every inch of booty that you lose. It's part of the process. Congrats again.

I'm 17 days post op and my back hurts so bad!!!! And I still have bruising on my back!!! And omg my elbows are raw from sleeping on my stomach lol BUTT I guess this will all be worth it lol

coming home
I am really back to normal apart from being normal with a huge butt. the skin around my tummy is very hard, dr.aslani said that because I had so much skin i may need a tummy tuck later burt really doesn't look like it now.I asked the clinic for my pre op pics so i am updating these as well to give a better idea
