6 wks today feeling more natural

So it's 6wks today!!! Well I'm happy with my twins!!! They are just exactly how I wanted them to be!! I still feel some pins pain at times but it's nothing really.. Back to working out too but not lifting weights yet pull and push are not a problem but lifting above my head is still a no no. My stitches looks fine although 3days ago I still pulled out an inch long dissolvable suture out which then soon after closed immediately it was just waiting for my intervention it seemed. Psychologically I am now at peace I love how they look on my clothes my bikini and sports clothes Altho ofcourse I have been ?shopping for bras!! And new fab dresses and bikinis!!! ???????? the incision scar is still not perfect but I know now that it's just time and it does look better everyday! Happy Healing to you all

3wks post op, incisions are dry and healing well

Well today marks my 3rd week! my incisions are now stitches, steri strip and gauze free! I just make sure they are fully supported ( bought full support non-wired bras from M&S ) have more energy now! And more peace of mind! Things are looking more positive by the day! Aside from the blister on my left breast which was completely my mistake putting the steri strip the wrong way that gave too much pressure on my already very sensitive stretched skin :( .. It's all healing well.

After 3kids .. And regular workouts and running...

After 3kids .. And regular workouts and running the perky 32C's I had just went flat and sagging I've never really wanted any surgery but looking at the mirror everyday and seeing my lifeless babies It made me very insecure. So I have decided I want my babies back where they use to be and bigger!! I live in Dubai and after weighing the cost of having it done here I decided it's cheaper for me to go home to my country the Philippines to have my breast augmentation
I flew home to Manila 30th of March, 31st I had my consultation and my PS decided that I needed a lift only on my right breast, and because it was only slightly lower than the left one we didn't need to do a lollipop incision to minimize scaring, make my areola smaller and lift it at the same time. I agreed happily! He was very thorough with his measurements!! Explained everything and answered all my questions. The next day April 1, I had my procedure I was in pain but very manageable I went back to my hotel room with my best friend and she was looking after me 24/7 first reaction tho to what my Brest looked with the stitches and bruises I was not happy :(( the problem is I did not prepare myself mentally for this! I was scared and frustrated already Im very impatient!!! I needed to go around and can't sit still! I'm so used to my workout routines and because I wasnt really in a lot of pain I managed to go out and walk around the mall just opposite my hotel. I read that it is good to walk around if you can! Taking all my medications regularly but the heaviness of my breast was just not subsiding!! I find it hard to breath at times and the bandage gave me a very itchy rash. This was quickly resolved by wrapping it over my clothing so it's not touching my skin, the elastic irritated my already stretched and sensitive skin. After 7 days my stitches were suppose to come off when my PS looked at it he has confirmed my biggest fear! I have been bleeding inside and needs to go in the OR, asap at this point I was scared and depress I was due to fly back home in 3days time All I could think of was "why did I have to do this" but at the same time I told myself lets get this done and over with be brave and go home to my kids soon as I can! I didn't have plan B! I never thought about the possibility that I may have some complications so my loving husband who already flew to pick me up.. Had to stay with me for another 5days after my 2nd operation. This time I made sure I am not going to do anything that might trigger another mishap stayed in bed and only went for short walks! I decided not take pain killers all the time because I wanted to feel where it hurts so that I can be more careful. On the 4th day post op (2nd op) I saw my dr. and he gave me the go signal to fly!. I used a waterproof bandage to be able to have a shower and hasn't let my incision get wet till now. I'm now back I the comfort of home and went to a local clinic to have my stitches removed it is still held with steri strip to make sure it won't open again. Altho I went through so much uncertainties, complications, and frustration & depression I am now seeing fruit and it beautiful even tho it's been only 22days post op, I am very happy with the shape and size of breast!!! Its still early to conclude if it was all worth it!! So far I'm feeling yes! It's worth it. But my advice is to manage your expectations!! Everyone's body reacts differently to surgery.. 2nd advice is have a plan B!!! If you are going to do your surgery abroad like I did make sure you leave room for the possibility of what if something goes wrong! 3rd is be prepared mentally!!! Physical pain can be managed by pills but psychologically you have to be strong when you start doubting yourself and the decision you made, be brave & patient, fast forward to the future smile and just know it will be ok! You will be ok!!! I have finally decided to do this review because in my days of doubts, fear and sadness I always find myself reading others review here on realself and it comforts me and enlightens me! It's really helped me a lot! Today for the first time I did 49minutes on the cross trainer I got tired but felt happy to have some normality back to my life!

My PS was very very thorough and has made a good judgement on how big I should go! The proportions the lift and the shape of my breast is just perfect! I love it. And I can't wait after 3more weeks when it's fully healed.
