Nose Bridge Too High with Goretex Implant and Cartlage Tip

I went to have my revision rhinoplasty in Shimmian Medical PLaza in Manila Philippines just this May 2017. The surgery lasted 3 hours. of course at first I was excited to have new nose and was expecting a perfect natural looking nose for Php 140,000 overall total cost (including post op medicine).
When the cast was removed after the 7th day, I got so disappointed and I want the goretex removed immediately on the same day. I saw myself having a big long nose with too high nose bridge. Its just like a stick straight from my forehead down to tip of nose. That straight and so thick. They put 6mm of goretex and took cartilage from my ears for the tip of my nose. My nostrils are not yet equal. I believe it will take swelling to disappear before the nostril becomes event. fair enough with that. When I told the nurse that why my nose is so long and I dont look asia anymore, they said its nice and it fits my face. The fact that I know its too big , long and almost on my forehead. They said that shape will be fine when swelling subsides. I am quite reluctant coz I know that it is still swollen but even though swelling dissappears, the long nose will still remain same. It is to sharp. They made my nose too sharp and too straight from forehead down to tip. I am nurse and i know how much it will look thinner when it fully heals. But still, I cant imagine that my nose is messed up. its too early to say but knowing that fact that small part of the goretex was improperly curved in my nosebridge, i can feel a small peasized bone like lump on side of my nose bridge. This is so prominent now that I am in my 11th day post op what more on succeeding days. I dont think it can be absorbed especially if I did not make mistake that is some part of the goretex implant improperly trimmed. Everybody says I have big nose and not appopriate with the facial contour I have. Imagine an asian with nose like european. I look different but this is not supposed to be exaggerated. Imagine instead of waiting for my swollen nose to heal, I have to think whom I have to revise it again coz I cannot wait for month and months with this big inappropriate and not proportional nose. quite devastating even though they said its too early to judge. I can see immediately how much it can go down and still wont meet the desired feature for my face. Dr. Levi lansangan should know what is the best shape of nose for each patient. Not all patients are the same. They have this 3D photos wherein you can see exactly what you would look like but he as doctor should know what type of nose to do to harmonize the face. Now 140k is gone. I have no trust on him anymore and I would like to seek advise from other doctor instead. This is my second doctor since my first doctor inserted silicone and it was rejected by my body. Thats why I shifted to Dr. Levi Lansangan coz I searched that he is best in this field but not knowing that there were already many complaints raised on threads who were not satisfied of what he did to their noses. Same as how he did to me. We all have same complaints. if he cannot fix my nose the way I want it and if he cannot remove the pea sized bone like bump on my TOO high nose bridge, then I will do whatever it takes to have revenge on him either thru spreading the truth about his ugly TOO HIGH goretex nose bridge rhinoplasty. he should stop doing this to his patients. I am not stupid to wait till 1 year and have this ugly nose everyday. This is even beyond my apprehension. He cannot fool me with his reasoning that this is just swollen and too early to judge coz I also have medical background. Im seeking for the second opinion of other qualified and more experienced surgeon. By the way the photos posted on the facebook page of Dr. Levi Lansangan is far from the reality of the noses he did. You will see in the photos that the nose are like nose of those actors and actresses on TV which is nicely trimmed, thin and not TOO HIGH NOSE BRIDGE, but in reality seems that he was not the one who did that. I would love to have nose like those on his facebook page thats why I chose him to do my nose, but it turned to be that those photos are from from how he does the goretex rhinoplasty. How come I see saw many threads and blogs about negative feedbacks about him? Once you search TOO HIGH NOSE BRIDGE after goretex rhinoplasty, you will see his name with all clients who complained. I dont care now, as long as I have him stop messing up other people's nose. I am the living witness that he has done so much trouble in my life. I expected too much from that 140k pesos I paid and this is what I got? So dont go to Shimmian anymore. I am now searching who is the best surgeon who can revise my nose once again here in Philippines. God pls guide me and give me the best doctor who can fix my nose this time.
