Ohmigod yes, Velashape is so good! after my second baby my body didn't have the same tightness I was used to especially in the midsection and thigh area. I am a certified Pilates instructor and have been a yoga practitioner for nearly a decade, I was also a dancer until college. I'm also a vegetarian . The reason I'm prefacing my review w this because I am in good shape & that's probably why I had such positive results. At 5.5/5.6 125-127 pounds and very athletic I noticed results after the 1st treatment on my thighs. Word on the street is this is not common. I think if you're already in good shape, it'll tighten and sculpt the last bit that won't budge. Not to mention it reduces the cellulite to nearly nothing. My legs look amazing now. I'm very pleased. However, my stomach did not achieve anywhere near the same tightness as my thighs the 1st treatment. After I got my thighs done I felt like id done 300 squats lol. My tummy was sore, but not as tight. Again, depending on the natural tightness of the area the results will vary. There was some bruising, most especially after the second treatment, but my legs look 16, so I'll take it! Lol.., posted pics below. Enjoy ...oh!
